Lolly Swagman reviews
26A great lolly shop when you want to relive your childhood - basically has everything you could imagine for the little kids and the bigger kids!
Amazing little treats and snacks. The room of different teas was really cool and I definitely spent waaaay too much time investigating every single one! A cute little novelty store
Great selection of lollies. Obviously bit more pricier than your average supermarket prices but it is a unique lolly shop. Lovely service too.
Sadly it's gone down hill since last time I went here. Bought $60 worth of lollies and when I got home they were all off from the humidity in the store so wasted that money for nothing. Has the owner ever heard of an aircon before because it was like a sauna in there. My whole family were dripping with sweat. The female on shift that day sort of ignored customers too. I was standing there saying excuse me and I had to almost shout at her to get her attention. She wasn't paying attention to any customers which is bad as customers easily could have stolen things and she wouldn't have ever known.
Huge range of lollies from all over the world. My friends and I had a great time browsing all the lollies and filling up a few baskets for the road. The staff are very friendly and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Would go back!
The fudge the chocolate especially my favourite Frys Chocolate Bars but huge range of confectionery
The biggest confectionery store I’ve seen in NSW and I’m happy to see it’s still standing after so many years! Tucked away in a small quaint town called Berrima, you’ll find lots of lollies not stocked at most supermarkets. Not great for the diet of course but always brings a smile to my face every I visit.
Expensive, lots of out of date products, owner is there only for the money and has zero personality
I went here a while ago and it was amazing! The workers are so kind, and are always making us laugh:) I definitely recommend, so many treats to chose from too! I will be back soon: ^D
It's a lovely lollie shop with a great range of sweets with wonderful service and great sense of humour.
Pretty expensive and disappointing range. They mostly hand the classics, where I was after exotic.
Always friendly gentleman that work. Been going for many years with my 3 kids and husband. And the men always engage in conversation and are so helpful and lovely.
Wow, what can I say, well it is like stepping back in time to the old lolly shop days.
The owner is a beautiful soul and you feel welcomed the moment you walk into the shop.
Best Old Fashioned Lolly shop around.
Highly recommend a visit.
Wide selection of lollies to choose from and not just standard lollies, does include stuff you would not normally get (including old favourites which is awesone), staff were friendly too!
Excellent selection tucked away in a neat part of town. Super friendly and helpful staff. Always a must-stop when I pass through.
Amazing loly shop in Berrima. Such a great selection of chocolates and sweets for kids and adults alike.
You can’t really go wrong at a Lolly shop, but this one is exceptional.
Such an amazing range and lots of local stuff as well, the fudge is to die for.
Walked out with a nice bag of goodies and loved every bit of it.
The Lolly swagman himself was a great conversationalist and gave us lots of good information about Berrima.
Thank you we will be back!
The staff are super friendly and love to crack a bit of banter. There are so many different lollies in stock which justify driving to berrima. Anyone having a sook about the shop being expensive can munch my butt - a small business in such a niche deserves to charge accordingly for having such a great shop. Will always drop in and pick up a bag of jersey caramel every time I'm nearby.
What an amazing place. Packed with all sorts of lollies, chocolates and more, that I didn’t even know existed anymore! It’s a little bit pricey, but absolutely worth a visit once in a while.
Very friendly staff and business who are worth supporting.
