Amazing staff- I had celebrated my daughter's birthday here and the girls had a wonderful time. Ave was their host and she did such an amazing job with the kids! Just one thing to improve would be the food!

People there are very friendly. Food is too basic. Some machines are out of service and lack of varieties.

Staff are absolutely friendly, kind & welcoming. If you're also looking for a place to celebrate your little ones birthday, this is the place. 10/10. Not to forget the food is well done

Great for kids. Food was OK. Staff very nice.

Problem is this place is filthy. Food in all the play areas and other parents making a mess and not cleaning up, even the tea cup ride had Food all over the floor. I don't blame the staff, when I was there, they were constantly working and setting up for a party. Other kids centres have at least two people on constant clean up duty. Maybe they have this on busier days. They definitely need it.

What a shame, this place is so disappointing, unclean and sounds like it is poorly managed.
Was going to have a day out with my grand kids but changed my mind after reading the reviews.
Come on Management clean the place up, so people will come and spend the day with kids, family and friends, a win win for all, including your business

Great place, highly recommend it, only complaint is that my kids wish that lollipop the cat “himself” would come out more and interact more with the kids for longer and more often

This is a place of endless fun and endless laughter. This has a parent sitting place, which is so good. The cafeteria serves fresh, warm food and coffee. All parties, birthdays, and other events can be done here. Love this place so much.

This place could do with a good clean. After attending this place, my child got sick and I can completely understand because it doesn't come across as being too sanitary. Having said that, kids can get dirty, so this wouldn't have been my biggest concern. My concern is that older kids are not asked often enough by staff to not play in the younger kids area. If you are going to provide an area to come across as being inclusive of younger children then there should be rules. Although I did see staff ask some older kids to move on, most of the time they were left to completely make it unsafe for younger kids. And of course parents aren't going to tell their kids to move on, they aren't even paying attention to their kids. I will not come back until my child is older, it's not worth the safety of my child. Food is OK and staff in general OK too.

Friendly staff and a great place to take kids! Even when they're understaffed they're attentive and considerate and allow the fun to flow! (Not the greatest coffees in the world though but they're drinkable)

Not happy at all. Not good customer service. Staff are very rude and abuse. Extremely annoying Never ever comeback again check before came in.

Not enough wheelchair friendly equipment.
Guests park in disabled parking without permits and are abusive when you tell them.

I did my daughter's birthday at Lollipop Castle Hill, last year as well as this year in March, last year experience was better so I opted for the same venue this year as well. I took ultimate package which is the most costly one, however my experience this year was horrible, no value for money, no value of customer.

1) package had a lollipop cat visit included, the cat came in didnt talked to anyone not even the birthday girl, just stand in one corner like a dead statue and left.
2) package included a photo, the party host started taking random photos without even asking the parents to come in photo, all the kids including birthday girl were looking else where, cake wasnt set yet. I asked her to stop and then set the cake and then ask her to take proper photo. The photo print out that we got was just a random one where noone is in frame properly, these are my daughter's memories and after spending so much money if I am getting this then whats the point. They didnt even asked me which photo I wanted to get printed and when I asked them that this isnt the right one they said okay you can then get photo printed by yourself, whats the point of having it in package when you not even asking the customer and satisfying it. Also last year the photo was properly in a frame this time there was no frame just a photo that too was the most pathetic click.
3) party host wasnt up to the mark at all, cake cutting was all messed up, they ruined my daughter's day. It was all over the place. First the host asked to sing the birthday song, didnt even lit the candle and later when candle was lit then when my daughter was suppose to blow the candle and cut the cake then pin drop silence no singing no clapping, it was all rushed as if they are just trying to get rid of this party so that room get empty and they go for the next party to ruin someone else's day.

Pathetic and most disappointing experience.

Good place for kids ranging 3 to 10 years. We had our son’s birthday and it was great. All his friends had a ball. Highly Recommend!

Great play area for children! They specialise in organising birthday parties for kids and families. Various packages are available snd children can play in slides, vastels and inflatable slides and cup saucer rides. They serve snacks food, beverages and icecreams. Washrooms are clean. Sunday rush and all the rides were teeming with childrrn and their young parents.

The place is good not perfect my kid went upstairs to the slide and when I went up to stop her from climbing and going through the slide she did it and she cried and when I tried to go to the slide to take her, my arms and feet got some scratches, and no one ask me for any help, you need to close the kids area from 5 years as many babies wants to go to the kids area and I think it's dangerous

Overall is ok, but the space is a little bit small while there are so many people in the room on Saturday.

They have coffee and food available.

It is a good place if you're looking for a place where your kids can spend a day while you can relax.

We were supposed to go to another play centre nearby that ended up being really disappointing so we came to lollipops instead

Customer service was great here; they have an amazing variety of play experiences and a great area for smaller children to play that was very safe and engaging.
Huge amount of space for parents to relax and enjoy a coffee and the cafe lady was so lovely and friendly
Was really impressed with their security system at the end to ensure that all children are going home with the correct parents and our children loved the teacup ride they do regularly (all included in the $8.80 entry fee)
Parents were free and overall it was a great experience will definitely come back again regularly

I have been here couple of times. The problem is they do not maintain the children play area properly now a days. Like the hydraulic system does not work at all. None of the stuff which uses air compressor works. When they charge a good amount of entry free I think they should maintain all these play equipments.
