Lollipops Parramatta

This 1 star is for the horrible way we were received on our very first day at this place recently. There were two people managing at the entrance, the one who dealt with us was a local of Indian origin. As soon as we came I informed her that it was our first time and introduced my toddler. I’m really shocked how we were received and I thought since it’s a children’s centre staff definitely need to be more friendly and approachable. The person I am referring to showed no enthusiasm in receiving us, nobody showed us around or bothered to provide any information that might be handy for us as it was our first day there. Her approach was just military and robotic and as soon as payment was paid, that was the start and end of service! We only spent 30 mins at the centre since we came late that was fine but when we were leaving nobody was there at the exit to press the button from inside to let us leave and when the person I’m referring to finally came didn’t bother to say ‘thank you for coming’ as she did say to other customers I noticed. Do you have any disliking or trust issues for people in hijab my dear? You have no right to behave like that. This is what I want to tell this particular person who dealt with us. First impression says it all so never ever coming back somewhere where we felt so unwelcome from the start! Muslim parents in particular beware of not zero but minus customer service!

I used to take my nephews to Lollipops many years ago in North Strathfield. Recently I took my son to his friend’s birthday at Lollipops Parramatta.it brought back many great memories for me. My son absolutely loved it! Thank you for the warmth you have shown us. We’ve had a great experience!

I would not hesitate to recommend Lollipops Parramatta for hosting a birthday party. The experience for our child’s party was pretty good. Rebecca is an excellent manager; she provided us with all the information we needed and was very pleasant in our overall dealing with her and the rest of her team. The amenities and packages were quite competitive. Overall, quite pleased.

Giving 1 rating because there is not anything below than this. Pathetic place. They shut the tea cup rides at 2pm when we arrived. Most of the other kids rides were out of service. Some of them took the coins and did not start. They started cleaning the playland from 3 30pm infront of the customers. Really need to improve on lot of areas.

Awesome service, I was able to take my kids their to use their creative kids vouchers for the build a bear. They loved it. Thank you

Bad arrangements, wrong communication by staff members. Mismanagement by staffs & no proper set menus.

Brought my kids to Build a Bear and we were able to use it our Creative kids vouchers, Rebecca was amazing and made sure my little one walked away happy

They also have a laser tag which we will be coming back for and use our Active kids vouchers

Great place for the kids! So many things for the kids to do. I also just found out you can use the creative voucher from the RMS for build a bear! My daughter made her and her brother a bear. Thank you guys so much!

Staff was rude.

Though the area is big, it is quite dark and dingy.

Open and free playgrounds in Sydney are far better.

Although the playground is placed in a good location, there are many things can be done to improve the customers experience.
Last time I visited the playground on a busy Sunday and my daughter had to wait more than an hour to be able to play "wall climbing". That wait time is totally unacceptable. Some of the junior team members need more training to be more productive.

For what you get, amenities need to be updated. Ladies toilets where dirty, even the hand dryer was dirty. Food and drinks overpriced. Wasn’t a great experience, unfortunately We won’t be back. Rock climbing and teacups are extra charge. If you’re paying $14 each child those things should be included.

It is a nice place to celebrate a kid's birthday. Kids can enjoy it a lot here. So many things for them to play and then themed rooms to cut a cake. You can't bring food from outside. You can have snacks, pizzas and sandwiches only here that too from their kitchen. Also you can take kids apart from parties for a fun day here.

The staff is good and courteous.

Extensive play area but long and narrow so mostly out of site of parents.

Hosted our daughters birthday here after hours as a private event. The staff were fantastic, they accommodated all our needs. The ctr was clean when we entered and all the guests enjoyed the night. Shout out to Dana and Co, thank you!

All the staff were so helpful and accommodating today considering some staff were sick. Although the wait at the cafe was slightly long today it was totally worth it as the food was delicious!

I am mother of a child with additional needs. I could able to get exemption for my daughter (who has sensory issues, wont wear socks). We had good party and good customer service and great help with food and organising the party.

I would like to recommend this place for my friends for birthdat parties.

Today i visited this place with my daughter and neighbor's. The play area is neat and clean for the kids to play. I ordered a cheese pizza in the cafe it came after an hour with some portions in burnt condition. Already the kids are in hunger, so we ate the good pieces and left the burnt pieces. I am very disappointed with the cafe service.

We had a memorable time on Saturday @ Lollipops Parramatta. The evening went well and all our guests had a great time.

Thanks a-ton to the wonderful staff of Lollipops Parramatta who were amazing, very prompt, full of suggestions for us on the day. I would like to personally thank Dax for working out the event for us and Rebecca who was on duty in our event. She was extremely professional, supportive and very quick with any requirements we had. The idea of a private function was a hit amongst our guests! I would definitely recommend Lollipops Parramatta.

Great place for the little ones to play and have a birthday party. It’s smaller than most party places but the laser tag upstairs makes up for it. The parking gets crowded and the location is hard to find unless you’ve been in the area before. Be sure to lookout for the circus’s tent so you have an idea where to turn because if you miss your turn into the location then it gets pretty hard to come back around. It’s the next road/street away from the horse racing place. If you turn into the horse race place then your in the wrong area, it’s in the next parallel street.
