Logan's Piano was really helpful, and the staff really knew how to do things. When my daughter needed to get her strings changed, Clover Meng quickly changed her strings just before her lesson. She did it really well and the staff were very professional.

Shipped quickly from VIC to QLD. Amp had a couple of troubles that are being sorted out with a local QLD repaired under warranty.

Excellent service and customer care. Being a player/collector, I wanted a guitar that was in absolutely immaculate, untouched and unplayed condition. Logan’s Pianos were more than happy to assist regarding my purchase of a beautiful Fender Telecaster, American Professional II in Butterscotch Blonde. I cannot recommend them high enough. Being an interstate buyer, purchasing high-end instruments via the internet is always a worry but Cassidy and the team were there to fully help and support me regarding my needs. Five stars!

Very happy with this new Pro II Tele in Miami blue, great tones which really cut through the mix with my band. Slightly chunkier neck than my 2012 American standard strat which is working for me. Great price and great service from Logans.

Burrowed at the top of the road in Burwood is a music shop with a treasure cave from strings to pianos to guitars and more! The staff here are the real stars and they were immensely helpful in my experience at Logans. If you can't make it to the city know that Burwood has a place where you can bury yourself with great prices and immerse your musical shopping with a range that is stocked to the walls and floors with something that will make you inspired.

I have just purchased an electric piano from Logans at Burwood. I couldn't be happier. The delivery and the service were excellent.
Jeff Love constructed the piano and explained the many features of the instrument. I am enjoying many delightful hours on the keyboard with the added bonus of having head phones. These enable me to play any time of day or night without disturbing the household and the neighbors.
I have brought out many piano pieces that have been very neglected. I now have a lovely piano to play them and enjoy them!

Culaan was extremely helpful searching for all the 5 books we needed for piano and violin. He also helped us to order the books that were out of stock.

Thanks to legends Blake and Joel for hooking me up and taking the time and patience to explain stuff to a novice, they made me feel welcome and heard and not afraid to ask any questions or take my time, especially as a girl in the guitar section.

The five stars is for the lovely service. I had purchased an Eric Clapton signature series Strat as a birthday present for my partner and found that the staff were very helpful over the phone, and super nice when I was in store. The guitar did come with a few manufacturing issues and I had to bring it back for service. They were not at fault for the issues but they did do everything to get the guitar sorted and Culann had made sure I was informed throughout the process (even though I know nothing about guitars). I appreciate Culann's dedication to getting the problem fixed and following up to make sure we were satisfied. Thank you to all the other guitar techs that helped out as well!
