Great sales associate serving me Thursday tonight - polite & let me try products - very attentive - beautifully gift wrapped for my gift & then some treats for myself. Highly recommend & Thankyou

On 27 May at around 3 pm I visited the store to purchase a few products. On display was a box containing three Immortelle products for $191. I asked the sales girl instead of buying the products individually, I would benefit from buying the pack. She approached the store manager Karen about the price of the pack. Karen took the pack from her, tore the sticker and told me she doesn't have to sell it to me for the price of $191. I told her the price is on the pack on display for customers to purchase and would like to buy it. Karen was rude and told me she doesn't have to sell it to me at that price. I did not finalise the purchase. Instead went to David Jones, was happy with a promotion in store and the overall great experience!
I later emailed L'Occitane Customer care about false and misleading pricing in store, rude behaviour of the store manager Karen and my overall negative experience. I received a generic response from Customer Care stating that the matter has been referred to the Regional Manager for investigation.

The asian lady staff who advised me about products on Tuesday afternoon today (29 Nov.) is really nice, helpful, and patient. I made the decision to buy for the first time from the shop after talked with her. When I was making the transaction and she was preparing the bag, the other staff took over and finished transaction instead of her. From my experience in retail, I felt disappointed that an employee would do this to their co-worker as her sales performance may go down despite her hard work. Outside of that I like the products, staffs are helpful.

Went to the store last time and the service was great. But my recent visit was terrible. The staff didn't seem interested and were not very keen to help. They tried the bare minimum but there was a clear lacking of willingness to promote their products or say anything more that what they had to. It's a shame because I would not purchase anything from people with this attitude. When I was telling them about my great experience with their product, their reaction was like "i don't really care" through their body language. That's terrible. I feel sorry for LÓccitane to have employed staff like that. It has great products but I will not be spending my xmas budgets in the store this year as a result of this.

Lovely store with amazing customer service. Recently visited the store to purchase some gifts and the staff were extremely helpful. They also provided lots of help and advice along with some free samples. Staff were very sweet and created conversation with me. Will be returning regularly to purchase some more of their amazing products.

Lovely people, great service, especially the girl with the French name, so nice to be treated like a customer rather than an interruption to Their day. Polite, friendly and helpful staff.

Bought a present for my partner and mother for their birthday. The associate working that shift was incredibly helpful and patient.
I was able to test a wide variety of the range and felt like I came to a great selection that I was happy with.
