L'OCCITANE

I waited in line patiently I got to the front for Tina to rudely dismiss me. I mentioned the 2 products I wanted then she rudely dismissed me to help mandarin speaking customers.

Clearly they don't want my money and this obviously racist sales assistant Tina needs to learn how to speak to English speaking customers.

I won't be coming back again.

Really happy with the staff here, everytime I've gone they've been so nice! They approach me first and go out of their way each time. One of the best l'occitane stores in Sydney, hands down.

Poor mannered staff, she turned her head straight away and ignored me in the middle of conversation when I was not going to buy at that moment. If she would be more polite and enthusiastic, I would love to buy something.

A lady who works here, I think her name is Lyn, she is absolutely amazing. I went in yesterday and she went above and beyond to help me. Really appreciated the great smile and customer service from her. Especially when assisting someone who knows nothing of the products. She was professional and has sound knowledge on the products that was on offer. Well done L’Occitane and well done Lyn for the good service and smile that made my day.

Really friendly and helpful customer service, as well as decent prices for boutique goods! Would definitely recommend coming here if you're interested in creams and lotions and need help with it, the staff are very willing to help:)

Service was bad. I was purchasing a bottle of face cleanser and took the tester to counter asking if I can get a bottle of that. Staff scanned the same used bottle and when I asked if I can get a new bottle, staff insisted it was new and unopened, and started questioning me, and only reluctantly went to get a new bottle upon me insisting. The other staff had tested that same bottle on me minutes ago and now they are trying to sell this used tester to customers?

Best service over all l’occitane store i’ve ever visited. The sales representative welcome us with smile and give us time to look around and she came to ask any help and she explained the product very clearly. She gave me much information about recycling program. She deserves a badge from company.

I bought the product a few days ago and opened it now, but the product says display olny. I don't have time to go right now. Can I use this or not?

Buyer beware. The fast talking sales women will add a product for you to purchase because "you qualify for it at 50% off". As I was purchasing my items she added a shower gel I never asked for or was even informed of the price. The sales tactic of assuming you will purchase something that you are not interested in just because it's 50% off is extremely unethical. I am disappointed in L'occitane, I hope this was a one off sales person and not a practice that is encouraged in all stores.
