5 Rude and unhelpful staff answer the phone calls at Baulkham Hills Branch.
I am adding below after seeing the reply on my review comment.
My original comment is a reflection of my phone call experience to the office. However I met a certifier on-site and he is way more nicer and sounded very helpfull. Thanks Corey!
WARNING! Do not use this company. They will waste your time and be very rude to you and never return emails and phone calls.
Received a BAL rating of 29 on my home, neighbour got a 12.5 from this same company, small block 300-450sqm in Box Hill. I had an earlier rating done that was BAL 19 from another company. Emailed and no response. They classed it as in a forest area. Will not use this company again.
Very rude on the phone.i wouldn't treat my customers like that in Norwest.
Terrible customer service, despite several emails and phone calls, my application for retaining walls is unprocessed even after 1 month. Even council is much faster. I will never recommend them to anyone.
