I could not recommend any other mortgage broker other than Tommy from Loan Market Erskineville and his team. This was my first purchase and I'm new to the mortgage. However, Tommy was passionately and patiently explaining to me all the terms and how it all works. The process from the pre-approval until the settlement was seamless. Furthermore, the team looks after me post settlement. They had negotiated to get better deal with my bank even though I didn't initiate it. They look after their clients really well.
