I can recommend LM Smash repair because of his honest opinion, I went to show my car had minor scratches on door and Daniel told me that there is no paint related damages it's just require good scrubbing and even he has offered me free of charge. I have scrubbed door at home myself and scratch gone.
Before this, I went two different smash repair shops and got quote of around $700-900.

Outstanding work and service. Found these guys via the Subaru Australia website as they were listed as the preferred repairer for collision repair.

Right from the start, throughout the whole process I had received nothing but courteous and exceptional service. They guided me through the entire insurance process, organised a replacement car while work was being undertaken to my car and most importantly, made my car look brand new. They even fully detailed the exterior and interior, which I was totally not expecting.

Can't thank them enough for their help and service. I would happily recommend them to anyone for whatever repairs you may need

I can not express how appreciative I am of their service.

I recently had a blown out saga with having previously repairs completed by an NRMA choice of repairer rectified due to shotty workmanship, this was also in conjunction with dealing with useless NRMA/IAG inspectors resulting in taking approval to rectify the repairs for nearly 3 months to come to a point of repairs commencing. Unlike NRMA/IAG, Dan was there helping every step of the way helping me through the process. Workmanship is top quality with detailed photos provided at each stage of the repairs.
Dan and his team at LM Smash are next level and have made an advocate out of me.

Absolutely amazing customer service. They filled me in EVERY step of the way. Constant and informative communication. I dont understand cars, but they were able to explain things in language I could understand. Everything they did was detailed, and not only did they not try to hide any hidden costs, they were forthright and upfront about everything. Car was fixed extremely quickly. Can't give enough praise.

MOST EFFICIENT & TRUSTWORTHY SMASH REPAIRS

I crashed my car and this was a local smash repair.

This is the first time I’ve used their service. Can I tell you, they treat you amazingly! They don’t make you over pay for anything - super genuine and transparent.

They update you through the whole process. They have a genuine care for your situation and treat it very serious. Shoutout to Fiona & Daniel + all the other staff for doing an amazing job getting my car to its finest again. You guys are the best!

These people were fantastic. Honestly the best customer service I’ve received. Their invoices were honest and they genuinely looked after me in terms of getting my passenger front quarter panel painted and the front bumper a blend. They also fixed some small damages and detailed my car. Overall I was surprised by the amount of care they had. I definitely recommend these people they are great.

Honest and good at what they do! Dan is an down to earth bloke. Especially guiding me on steps on restoring and building my group A replica.
