Worst real estate on the central coast. Rent houses to people who smash them up and will do nothing about it.

All the staff are super professional and transparent when it comes to communication with the landlord (for renting). Makes it really easy to work with them, especially when the landlord is just trying to take your money. Best rental agency I've ever dealt with.

Pretty disappointed in the leasing team here. Especially being in a rental crisis at the moment. I had applied within a couple hours of a rental being listed, for over 3 days my 1form application had not been viewed, I had made contact with the property manager to confirm they had received it to which she said yes we have got it, we are just going through everyone’s references. Although at this point the application had still not been opened. I had called a few days later again to advise we had been looking at another property but preferred this one and just wanted to know where the application was up to in the process, I was told all good landlord will look at it over the weekend. Following the weekend the property was taken down and has been leased and my application STILL hasn’t been opened. It never was opened.

A friend had also applied for this property and received an automatic email stating that the landlord had gone with another application and we did not receive this confirming again, not even considered.

In this time this is incredibly unfair to not consider everyone’s applications, I understand drawing the line at a very high amount where it becomes impossible to monitor but lying when the application was not once opened is beyond a joke.

Happy with their property management. Would give 5 star if they can manage water use payment by tenants without owner having to pay first and then getting it reimbursed.

Absolute pleasure to deal with. Lovely staff, friendly and easy to talk to. Would highly recommend.
