Melinda Stanley- The agent that seems to think it's ok to take people's lives in her hands. Homelessness for an innocent family. Who are paying the price for being tenants that paid rent on time always 2 weeks in advance- clean and tidy and all inspections no issues- although she claimed our entire bond- stating it was owed to the agent.

Emma Marshall and her sister Abbey are excellent property managers who have helped me immensely through a difficult covid time.

Made the process of renting my house out really easy and was rented really quickly, highly recommended

Absolutely terrible. After living in these conditions for a long period. 7 agents later won in tribunal and won't help with a new place at all. (5 years at the same address I would say we have to be half decent tenants).

If you are a greedy landlord wanting a unscrupulous real estate agent then Melinda Stanley is the lady for you. As a tenant I have never experienced such poor service. Conveniently no email contact so you can't keep records of what has been happening, picks up the most ridiculous minor details for her property report and then uses it to make expensive repairs. Doesn't get back to you for 3 weeks until the threat of a a tribunal. Don't expect anything from them, they are extremely dodgy.

Terrible to deal with, incredibly unprofessional, the number of "clerical errors" we've dealt with is beyond a joke. You'll never be able to reach a property manager unless you call back multiple times on multiple different days. I strongly recommend avoiding at all costs.
