Avoid dealing with this office at all costs - from a sales point of view, our experience was that they won't act in the interests of the vendor, lacked honesty, transparency and professionalism. Told by a licensee unapologetically to 'just shut up' and a lot of effort went to covering up a dishonest transaction. It is unsurprising that only 2 individuals have left reviews on this licensee's Rate My Agent profile even though he has had 26 years of experience as a 'highly experienced and skilled.enthusiastic and professional' salesman. Buyers: beware! Vendors: take your business elsewhere.

They were good people too deal with in the way of inspections and easy too deal with the maintenance on the property!

If you are to rent 117 SCENIC DR BUDGEWOI, think twice it has been infested with termites and is not safe to live in I told them about this and they have not fixed the issue the owner has decided to be deceitful and cover it up the real estate are condoning this. The balance beam that holds this particular house up was rotted through and eaten almost completely. I was shocked to find that it was even on market to begin with.
Please if you are renting this house or considering it please make sure you ask about the termite damage. I hope this review will make a difference.

This is the worst real estate I have ever heard of in regards to rentals. This was my first rental property with my partner and one child. I take pride in my house.
I have reported extensive mould since February 2020 and nothing has been done. The owners have viewed this and still nothing was done after their disgust.
The staff are unprofessional and are extremely ignorant. During viewings no COVID compliance’s were put in place people were let in and walked through with no hand sanitiser or names taken, all while the girl stood outside. (Yes I complained as I viewed all this from the front of the house)
Since leaving I have been given two exit reports to me, continually stating new things to fix. I have had professional clearers through twice, professional pest control, professional carpet cleaners and a lawn mowing company assist with my exit as well as being in front over a week and a half in rent which has still not been returned.
I have now had to lodge a complaint through the tribunal as the property manager has now put a claim through for my entire bond to be returned to the real estate.
On top of this they are now stating that I didn’t hand back a copy of my ingoing report which is false.
If you have a choice please do not rent through them -‘d save yourself the anguish myself and my family are going through at the moment.
So upset and disappointed.

I wasn't impressed with the answer from emma im in a situation where I need to move i didn't get the place just wanted to know why i didnt for future reference bond & rent payable rent from the government which is garanteed for 3 yrs $358.00 is my limit i have the monies available now

Do not rent from them sally used bully tactics against us to the point my wife was crying at work. If thay take your bond and the repair in not done you can contest it spoken to fair trading the repair has to be done thay carnt just take your mony. If i spoke to my customers the way she did my workshop doors wouldn't be open

Pity it is not possible to give a negative rating. I did hear about the "poaching" of clients, but never thought I would see it. If poaching clients is the only way this agency can do business then steer clear.
They have NO ethics or morals. My business will be going elsewhere.

Ok. Receptionist quite rude saying she knew nothing about what the property team had or had not received by email. I found this quite off putting and an unneccessarry comment. However found the lady I dealt with on Monday was excellent nothing too much trouble.

Very inefficient staff dealing with rental properties. Tried to inspect a rental property twice. Once they cancelled the inspection without any notice and second time they said their key for rental property isn't working and so couldnt show the property. Both times we went there and big waste of time. Poor customer service.
