Up too Signing the lease was easy with all transactions,
But I have found since signing the lease, communicating though emailing (only communication there will except) with staff to be unhelpful

Honest and genuine

Michael was an absolute pleasure to deal with. From understanding our requirements to identifying a property we would like (and we loved!). He knew a lot about the property and anything he didn't he made sure to find out and let us know. He was honest with everything and we felt comfortable that we could trust him.

Throughout the whole process he was constantly communicating with us and working with us to achieve a positive result. He was almost always available to contact, But if he wasn't, he was quick to still respond and let us know that he would get back to us soon.

This didn't stop when the contracts were signed. He continued to stay involved and concerned about a good result for both parties in the transaction even after that. I would recommend Michael to anyone considering looking for their new dream property.
