We found Tina to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Tina has a no nonsense approach and we found her very easy to deal with. Tina was always available to us for further inspections or to answer our questions. We would not hesitate to recommend Tina and will definitely utilise her services in the future.

Rented a lovely holiday home from this Real Estate. My issue is with the service and the way staff have spoken to us on the phone. They took a $200 deposit from us that has not been refunded to us yet a week after our stay. The house was left in the same condition after our 2 night stay. We have been given several excuses from" it is not as easy as you think to access our trust account " and "it is our policy that it takes 14 days to give your deposit back because we do not have the time to be getting this done for our clients everytime they checkout ". I have also been told that the owner has to do an inspection. This property I know had back to back bookings so that makes no sense either! Have called several times about this issue but have just received short, rude, sarcastic replies. I was told they would make an exception this time for us but we are STILL WAITING! DO NO RECOMMEND this unprofessional real estate with rude staff to rent your holiday accommodation from.

These guys are awesome. We have booked heaps of holiday rentals with them over the years and they are fantastic. Even when something occasionally goes wrong they are right onto it with a solution. Can't wait for our next visit. Would highly recommend them.

Tina Fernie did a wonderful job handling the sale of our families house in Cudmirrah which we had owned for almost 70 years. The Fairview is truely a home away from home. It is stunningly designed, decorated and furnished. No need to bring anything as everything that you could possibly need is available to you. Child friendly with plenty of toys and DVDs for the children. Awesome outdoor pergola with bbq facilities. Situated across from the river you have stunning views. Had a great stay will definately be back. I Highly recommend for families to book for a family getaway.

I bought and sold a house with them and was very happy with the results. Friendly professional staff and they worked hard for the sale.

I rented a property nearby with the family and loved the experience as everything was as expected. The only thing missing was an internet connection which would've been great, but even without it we still had tons of fun and will definitely be coming back again in the future.

We have had holiday rentals with LJHooker sussex inlet for a few years now and it has always been great. Recently we rented 8 Thora St and it was fantastic. Very clean spacious and the kitchen is perfect for large families. Thanks again
