They took care of contracts and stuff for people I Know. I did find it very unfriendly tho when the Agent Bernadette Gleeson said she would „hunt me down like a dog if I don’t pay on time“ and „I can be brutal that’s all I want to say“. Didn’t give me the best impression of Character unfortunately that’s why only 2 stars.

From the enquiry stage through the application and inspection stage and then finally to the handing over of keys and documentation stages I'll say your service has been awesome. I'll surely recommend to anyone in need of such a service.

The way they treat there tennants is disgraceful! My rent was always paid on time and Ive always had excellent references and inspection reports. Then on the out going inspection 2 property managers turned up (late). They rubbed there fingers along the floors between the skirting board and the edge of the floor and then said the house was dirty. Then as they proceeded through the house they accused of damaging the property and of stealing a mirror. They had photos of the existing damage on the ingoing inspection report but accused us anyway. And the photos proved there never was a mirror. It was such a horrible, mentally draining experience! And now for the first time ever we have a mark against us for property damage. I do not recommend.

We are so grateful for Michael and his team for delivering such a great outcome on the sale of our home. Michael was always contactable and professional, making our sale stress free.

The worst property managers I have ever had to deal with.they are rude arrogant and definitely think they are above rental tenants. Would NEVER recommend!

Exceptional customer service, with a personal, caring touch. I only signed the lease this morning however feel I am with a great property manager and look forward to a no stress tenancy.

Honestly Michael is the best, nothing was an effort. I do not hesitate in recommending this business. We have looked and many house dealing with different estate agents and the difference is glaring! Do yourself a favour. Thanks Michael and the team.

Disgusting uncaring property manager and Alan himself (the boss). Evicting a family over the xmas period without a care. Family only needed 10more days before their new home was ready. They didn't care, they put a family with small children out on the street. Absolutely unaustralian behaviour.

Probably the best real estate I've ever gone through to lease a home with. It was good from the beginning and even up til the end of lease. When we moved in they made sure the house was clean, tidy, and functional.
If we ever needed anything they were prompt to respond to any issues that arose. Like for instance, half way through our lease we were having an issue with the stove and they promptly remedied it for us which was great!
Aleesha was our real estate agent and she was very friendly, easy to talk to, and quite professional. If we ever needed anything or had any questions she was easy to get ahold of by phone or email.
I recommend this real estate to renters and home owners as well, because they take good care of the property and look after it for you!
If we ever move back to the area, I would definitely rent with LJ Hooker again Singleton as they were great to do business with and it made for a smooth transition for my family and I.
