As a landlord i have found staff at the office extremely helpful at all times, especially Cassandra and Gloria, who went out of her way to deposit rent fortnightly for me. Cassandra was always easy to contact and quick to respond both to me and my tenant. She has been friendly and helpful and nothing was ever a problem over the last few years.

Fortunately I haven't had the displeasure of buying or renting through this agency. The only contact I've had with them has been on the streets of Port Macquarie. One can only assume that the staff communication & management is quite poor. They are rude & inconsiderate. Whilst driving a car with your company logo all over it you would think they strive for some level of professionalism. Twice in the past five years I have had a person from this agency try to run me off the road. If you are seeking an agency that will be professional & respectful try Elders or McGrath. They treat every customer as a v.i. P.

YOUNG GIRL AT THE FRONT DESK TREATED US LIKE WE WERE DIRT AND SPOKE RUDELY TO US. NOT SOMEONE YOU SHOULD HAVE TO DEAL WITH WHEN YOU JUST GO IN AND SAY GOOD MORNING. HAVING A BAD DAY SHOULD NOT EFFECT YOUR JOB ETHIC.
