We recently purchased a property at 95 Pacific Road Palm Beach, moving in 2 weeks ago. During our initial inspection of the property during open homes, subsequent sales negotiations with David and his son BJ, together with visits to the property pre and post sale, both David and BJ went out of their way to make themselves available, and to provide additional information on the property. We have purchased a good deal of property over the years, and I can only say that David & BJ went above and beyond what would normally be expected from an agent, and we will have no hesitation in commissioning David & BJ again, or recommending them to anyone looking for first class real estate agents.

We bought a house in Palm Beach from Peter Robinson. Peter not only knew the area really well, he really help on what could possibly be done with the property if we bought it. When we attended other properties many of the other competitor agents really didn’t know much or what could or couldn’t be done. Peter really knows property in the Northern Beaches. Great Sale Result
Whether selling your home or an investment, the process is always a little nerve wracking. Great communication is what makes this process enjoyable and successful! We both bought and sold this property through Peter and over the years he has always kept us up to date with the local market. If you want to buy a property in the Palm Beach area I would recommend registering your interest with David and his team. From my experience they have the most listings. More importantly they often have a number of “quiet” listings that I wouldn’t have known about which David made sure I saw in order to make a more informed purchase decision. Peter was punctual to all our onsite meetings, professional and very pleasant to deal with. This is the same with all of his support team, preparing the property for inspection and keeping the communication up to date and just generally moving things forward. However the standout in our experience was Peter's knowledge of the local market, the potential purchasers in this market and how best to market our particular property. In our case we were able to sell our waterfront property before going to a formal campaign because Peter already had a significant list of potential purchasers that he felt would match well with what we had to sell in the right price range. All in all a very positive experience.

David Edwards is a very professional and experienced agent. He has had a very long career in the Palm/Whale Beach market and it shows. I don’t think there is anything about the area he doesn’t know. His client base allowed for us to sell our house so quickly we didn’t even have time to market it, saving thousands of dollars in advertising costs. Many agents promise this as an option but few can deliver. Danielle was an excellent assistant to him and they make a great team. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone selling in the Palm/Whale Beach area.
