Geoff contacted me as he had seen a sudden, strong change in the market and had spoken to a potential buyer who wanted to move into the building. Based on his advice I decided to sell and carried out the improvements he recommended. A number of buyers were found with in two weeks of going on sale and Geoff was able to negotiate a price above my minimum through the sale method he advised. I am very satisfied with both Geoff's performance and the price he was able to achieve for the sale of my unit.

From the welcome gift at the start of our lease to the ongoing friendly and responsive service throughout the tenancy - we felt looked after and that the agent was "on our side" as much as working for the landlord. By far the most un professional, horrible, heartless and down right rude People.leased a space with them for over 8 years! The only time they ever contacted was if we were a day late in rent, never helped us, their only even concern was for them to make more money! We were wonderful tenants, fixing our own issues all the time and paying to fix our own leaks etc. I was re diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and needing to shut my business during the covid 19 issue to focus on my health, they were animals! They Re leased the space against the legal contract rules, trying to hide it and being extremely nasty in the matter of the way they went about things.due to my health and shutting a business, we were unable to pay a couple weeks rent yet they had our $12k bond to keep them going.they Put out we were the difficult ones when we went to every effort to make sure they or the owner weren’t affected as much as we possibly could, they then locked us out of our space (illegal during covid 19) with all of our furniture inside (after they had done the same process to another shop in the building years ago with her losing her house) They cut us out of any sale of the business so only they benefitted and we caught the new lessee trying to give away my furniture and personal belongings.we weren’t in a lease due to their own incompetence and lies and not being on top of things deleting email threads to try cover their tracks. We happily walked away giving them the fit out, the bond and $30k worth of extras just to get away from them and not have to deal with the mean and selfish people they are during my incredible troubled health, I Have since heard this sort of thing had happened to many other people from the same Realestate and All solicitors and lawyers confirming they have had to work with them before and they are animals! I have never been one to complain ever but this wasn’t something I’d ever want anyone else to have to go through and stress about - due to all of the above I’m trying to make sure this would never happen to anyone else especially in such hard time.

Very unhappy with the leasing agents here. Communication is terrible which lead us to look for a new agent. After allowing a tenant to be on a month to month lease without telling me they allowed the tenant to leave and returned the entire bond to them. The bathroom tap had been completely broken and was not repairable. They stated this was considered general wear and tear and I had to fix myself as they refused to use the bond for this (cost over $400). Extremely unhappy with their service and would not recommend them.
