I called today to inquire in regards to a property in Wandella rd Miranda. I was so disappointed by the rude manner the agent reply. He told me he wasn't interested to waste his time with my inquiries. I called LJ Hooker Miranda to place a complaint about his rudeness, for my surprise this person is the manager. How can someone treat his clients this way and how can the vendor get a positive result, i really dont know. I have no words to show my disappointment in how a manager can conduct business this way and treat his customers with such disrespect.

This real estate office gives great advice. They were very helpful with info on how to purchase my first apartment. I am a first home buyer and I now have a good idea of what I need to do to get in a position to buy a property. Very helpful!

If i could leave negative stars i would. First after telling me the marketing i was paying for was until the unit was sold, the unit was pulled off the market without notifying me and i was asked to pay additional money to put it back up. I feel once they had a rental contract with us they stopped trying to sell it. They also posted sold pamphlets out to the local area which i got a copy of and was shocked as my house still isnt sold. Then they had the nerve to charge me an extra $950 for breaking the sale contract early, their fine print says 90 days, standard is 30 which i gave. I feel these guys took full advantage of my family and we are now thousand of dollars out of pocket with nothing to show for it.

Excellent service and great experience. Auctioned my property and the entire process I was kept fully informed along the way. Ended up getting far more than I was hoping to achieve. Thank you LJ Hooker Miranda.
