Terrible service for Tennants, take weeks to respond and only take action once you have emails ready for the tribunal. Would not recommend going through this real estate for any reason. Adding to this, it has been 2 weeks since I had reported the issues with the lights, only after a follow up email and a phone call where I expressed that I will be taking the matter further did the real estate reach out to a tradesman.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE BUTCHERS, if I could give zero star I would, this is the worst real estate agent I have ever dealt with in Australia. Careless, liar and hustler people working in this agent. Please don’t be fooled by their age (old) and friendly behaviour in the first place.

I suggest you deal with another agency to manage your property. Tenants fall behind in rent and they do nothing about it, they do not return calls, the service and professional in lacking and they lost my property keys.
