We applied for a house for rent in 1 central ave maclean we handed applications in with all documents needed and we’re waiting to inspect the house considering it was listed yet we thought we would have a great chance of being the first in to view it well it turns out they have given it to someone else which I can’t see why it wasn’t us as we applied first and still didn’t get a inspection of the place this is very unprofessional and seems a bit shadey cause no one else has inspected the place as I have friends that live next door and have notified us of what has gone on with the place with the lack of communication from these realestate people is below poor and don’t think I’ll ever deal with them ever again
Very dodgy

Over the course of a week I attempted to contact Mr Suttor 3 times via email, 3 times via phone with two voice messages, text message, emailing the office directly, calling the office directly and having a message passed on by reception all with no reply - however I was added to their Spam mailing list.

The only way I elicited a reply from this very inept agency was when a made a bid on the online auction. Walked away below my top price due to lack of trust in this agents ability to do his job.

Angus Suttor and the team were more than helpful and supportive under very trying and constantly changing Covid rules. Angus listened to what I wanted and gave great advice, achieving a fantastic result for me. Couldn't be happier.
