The first time we purchased a property in lithgow we meet Lynette Delosa. We couldn’t get there during business hours as we both worked but Lynette assured us that she didn’t mind waiting, which to me was rather special and we purchased that property that afternoon.

Please read the bad reviews before you even bother calling them. They lie about calling you back and are the most struck up people I've ever met. It is in my belief all the 5 star reviews are bots or the real estate agents themselves noting bad Bad customer service

Wish I could give them below than this, Called them more than 10 times and their response every time was nearly “We have your number, but concerned person is not in the office right now, We will call you back soon” but never received any call or results from them.

Jamie and the team managed an investment property for me in Lithgow for 3-4 years. They did a great job and it was so great to know the property was in such safe hands - very professional team and I can recommend them without hesitation.

They have a candy tree and they doing good job hiding it from thier customers, called few hundred times to get reponse even then wasted my time with delayed responses! Very poor service

Day1) First call picked-up: inquired about a property and applied
Day 2-3) Called 10 times in 2 days no response oh no wait I got can we get this done please ok done whatever was asked
Day 7) Called no response
Day 8-10) called 20 times no response
Day 11) received response we're needing this and that done too.
Time wasters!

I dealt with the principal Jaime several years back. He was professional, went out of his way to assist and I found his word to be honest and reliable.

So impressed with Jamie and everyone at LJH in Lithgow. Came out to Portland looking to buy a house. Found one - love at first sight. Contacted Jamie and although he was fully booked for the next two days he juggled his appointments so that he could show me the house. Very professional and easy to do business with.
