I called to ask for a rental appraisal and after sending through several photos, I had the appraisal within 30 minutes. Thank you to Maddy who organised this for me so quickly.

- very arrogant
- Always ready to fight and reply back with rude attitude
- Never talk respectfully to the client
- Remember every one if you are Lessees you will never get back your full bonds.
- Most Greedy realestate agents in the town

Any way any how this real estate agent is ready to deduct your bond money without any reason and show you different clause for that. Finally you have to contact Fair and tread to get full bond back.

There is so many educated and well manners real estate agent in Hornsby.

Please stay away before you Become a victim.

I somehow ended up on their email list. No problem. I get their email and see a property I’m very interested in so I reply asking for further details. No response. So I email again through the link in the ad incase they didn’t get the first email. Again no response. Poor form. If the property is sold or no longer available a quick email saying this is really all that’s needed. It’s polite and good business.

Contacted them about a property I want to look at online, and they never get back to you. How can you sell a property when you don't get back to people.

UNPROFESSIONAL. If it were possible to give zero stars for a review, I would. As a prospective commercial lease customer with LJ Hooker in Hornsby for an office lease, the service I received was extremely disappointing: an online advert with misleading photos, failing to return messages for days – and then finally after agreeing to lease the office, subject to details to be worked out, suddenly backflipping. And suddenly withdrawing this office from the market! Why, for THEIR OWN USE! "Screw the potential tenant. Let's keep it for ourselves. " Seriously? Is that a professional agent with ethics? Not in my opinion.

I was a prospective rental customer with LJ Hooker in Hornsby. The service I received was very poor. Misquoted costs, failing to turn up at appointments, poor scheduling, bringing the wrong keys where some of the hassles I encountered. Very amateur outfit. I looked else where.

I have been a tenant of LJ Hooker Hornsby for over 2 years. I have nothing but very high praise for their professionalism and friendlyness. They have attended to any repairs or concerns regarding the house that I am in quickly and if there is a delay, they have kept me informed.

Excellent service and great professional approach, I was able to sell my property in 1st day open home, the guy called Eddie is on of the best agent to select at Lj hoker, he is probably on of the best in our suburb, I will not by and sell anything with out discussing with him.
