Very poor customer service. I emailed many times to return my calls and never got a response. I rang more than 5 times until an Adam answered Roberts phone. Very strange and VERY unprofessional!

Absolute happiness. Johnny is an extremely nice agent who has helped us with everything throughout the entire tenancy. We actually ran into bond cleaning service that screwed us over, but Johnny jumped in and helped out both with communication, as well as with calling in his own cleaners, that did the job at the same price, which ensured full bond return. Huge props!

Have just visited an open apartment, and neither of the agents were wearing face masks. All guests viewing the property were, thankfully. But the man inside the apartment, getting close to people to chat, and the man downstairs, letting people in and taking their info, weren’t? It’s the highest daily rate of infections we’ve had so far, and we were weighing up the risks of viewing this property we were genuinely interested in. So to turn up to that was extremely disappointing.

Although it wasn't always the case, I can gladly say that under property manager Adam, long term outstanding issues have been addressed. I am now very confident that I will be listened to and problems are dealt with in a timely manner. Very happy with the service from Adam and his team!

I had a appointment with them to look at an apartment today I called and I said I am eight minutes away
Sorry I’m late there is roadblocks checkpoints of police on the road and the Real Estate guy by the name of Robert will not accept it I said to him I’m drinking 50 minutes away from the city He won’t accept it so I came all the way for nothing I had to beg him and he won’t except eight minutes that is very rude and unprofessional shame on this Real Estate as I work in the city I will be telling people how unprofessional this Real Estate is

Having personally called over 15,000 Auctions I’m privileged to work with Brendon and Diana on a regular basis as their Auctioneer. I was the vendor in the situation that Daniel K describes. The 'closed bidding' only happened because of covid. We got a great price on our apartment and I would highly recommend Clark Agency for any real estate. It's a difficult situation when offers are made - the general rule is that the agent doesn't disclose this information to other buyers. At least that's my experience. I know that Brendon worked hard, professionally and with great attention to details to get us the best price. He's honest and trustworthy agent.

This agency actively engages in unethical practices. They collude with specific buyers to restrict other purchasers from properties. If you are someone thinking of listing your property, you have been warned they will not seek the highest price for you. If you are someone wishing to purchase a property, also be warned, as they will not only drastically under quote (industry wide issue) but they will protect other offers against you that are in their best interests. This matter has been lodged with the Department of Fair Trading.

Overall, avoid any dealings with this company.

I will update this review as the sale of this property has now taken place.
For the record, the price guide for this property in mention was $1,050,000. I directly asked the agent politely, that a recent comparable sale was $1,600,000, so how do you get a guide of $1,050,000. I was told that this was the expected price range of this property regardless of recent sales. This property sold under a closed bidding process for $1,513,000. Almost $500,000 over the price guide even though it was aligned with recent sales in the area. Possibly even a little low.

A clear case of under quoting, by a mere $500,000!

Then there was the closed bidding process. I requested that the agent show a zoom meeting of the prices being revealed to the interested parties, so all is transparent and fair. This was denied. Why would one need to withhold the prices being revealed if there was nothing to hide? Collusion is the only logical assumption. As this was a closed process I cannot prove my claim of collusion. However, when the agent verbally suggested to me to put in an offer over $1,200,000 knowing that figure would not win the property you can only deduce they were protecting another buyer. If the agent actually wanted to obtain the highest price for the property they would have set a figure aligned with recent sales. It is no surprise that the next highest bidder was $1,320,000. The agent had protected a buyer they had a vested interest in, how one could possibly deduce anything less defies logic.
