The **WORST** experiences that I've had dealing with a real estate agent. JING PENG and JEN HERBERT both when it come to the way they lead on potential buyers nothing short of SHADY, UNPROFESSIONAL even border line intentionally providing MISLEADING information (they will advise a vendor are open to offers when they have no intention of doing so)

This in turn wasted our money and time trying to get the contract reviewed. Would not recommend this agent to anyone let alone have any more dealings with them.

I wouldn't be surprised they also intentionally under quote property price trying to mislead other potential buyers.

Absolute rubbish agents. Withheld our bond for no reason and lied about returning it. Take advantage of tenants and always ask to come to see them in office for everything. Fraudsters and should not be operating. Reporting to fair trading. Avoid this place unless you want to get robbed and treated like garbage.

Kenny went over and above to rent out our unit and secured a tenant in 2 days despite difficult market conditions. He and Crystal helped with getting the unit ready for occupation and were always available to speak whenever we had questions and highly professional in their approach. We would gladly recommend to others looking for quality agent in the local area

Unfortunately I can’t rate Jing and her team well. Starting from the entry to the property, a normally swift process of taking names, address and phone number took 4x as long as it should, resulting in a line of people outside. Inside, they ran out of brochures after 15 mins of opening for inspection. The agent also provided unhelpful answers to important questions. House was presented decently however.

Garbage real estate. While there are a few people within the office who do care about their role and maintaining the integrity of the agency, the same cannot be said for a few others. Sleazy during the application process, false advertising of property inclusions, and failure to admit that the property was compromised are just a few of the things that were kept from me when I moved into this place.

Definitely the most professional real estate management team in Gordon! Kenny and his team managed to rent out my property in 1 week despite the competitive market during the pandemic. Highly recommend it to anyone who needs help with their rental properties!

We recently send them an application for a unit we had inspected. Never heard back from them despite the fact that I had personally called them and had been told they will look into it and get back to us.
Turns out deposit is taken from somebody else and they can't even show the courtesy to let you know.
Pathetic.
