Selling a house is something we don't do very often, so when it came to the time to embark on the process (following a very happy 23 years in South Camden) we were a little apprehensive.

I rented a property through LJ H Bringelly from the first contact of showing me the property till the exit report I have found them to be friendly and professional. I rented the property for 15months when the owner asked to move back in the property manager offered to help look for another rental property and to reach out if I had any problems. When there was an issue with the house they had someone come straight to fix the problem. As all renters know when it comes time to hand the keys back and try and get your bond back is scary and I was worried it would be one long process but it was not at all and it was such a relief because moving is hard enough. As a tenant I would recommend them and as landlord I would also recommend them because a happy Tennent means a long term tenant.

As a landlord, I am really satisfied with the service. Alana is brilliant as a property manager. She is prompt, easy going and a trusted property manager.

Awful agents. Non responsive to numerous phone calls, texts and emails. Moved out over a month ago, was continued to charge rent and still awaiting a refund of the over paid rent (which I bet was a day late I would be phoned and threatened to move out) and the bond to be returned.

As you can see I've been asked to remove my review, but still the matter is ongoing.
