Excellent service with a clear plan and strategy
Damian came recommended to use by several friends. We had 2 other agents in to compare, but Damian clearly articulated a marketing and sales strategy and indicated what we felt was a realistic price range. Communication before, during, and after the open was excellent, and we achieved the high end of our price guide (we were expecting the middle - so nice surprise!) after a 2 day campaign.
