I particularly liked their on-line auction, which worked very well, and the lack of any fixed costs (only a percentage) was a great way to handle expenses. Together with my solicitor, they worked hard to resolve questions asked by prospective buyers, and they promoted my property extensively, which meant there were a good number of auction bidders. The result was a fair market price for the property. I couldn’t ask for more than that. All in all, I’m very happy to recommend them.
