I have an investment property in Bondi managed by Rebecca and Nick. I had a tenant that decided she didn't want to pay rent anymore, and was proving very difficult. Rebecca and Nick managed her out of the property in a very smooth process.
In what is one of the softest rental markets for many years, and in the middle of winter, a new tenant was sourced and a lease signed within the week, at practically the same rental amount as the previous 'pre-covid summer lease' amount that was previously achieved.
We are very happy with the result, and couldn't praise the whole teams effort, and the result achieved more highly.
