Very unprofessional. Went for an inspection on a Friday, put an application on Saturday and didn't receive any feedback, not even an automated response saying no. I messaged the agent via SMS also didn't get any response. Then I checked the property online on Monday and it was already leased. A totally waste of time.

I have been engaging with Mary for about three years now since I rented my house. She is always very kind, well intentioned and ready help. In the most recent case, where I had a Huntsman infestation in my house, I had emailed her quite early in the morning as I have a severe case of Arachnophobia and by noon, I had a pest control person at my door step. It's always so easy to work with her which is rare for real estate agents

Amazing service! Mary is so helpful always, highly recommend her and the team – especially when your partner locks himself out and needs a spare key out of hours.

Anna had been most helpful in getting my house rented out in a very short time. She is very prompt in replying to emails and getting issues sorted out. We have been using LJH Balmain for the past few years to rent out our property and they always take care of the tenants and the house for us and revert to us for any urgent matters to attend to and help to organise things.

I have been a client of LJH Balmain for many years. They manage my investment property. I have always found their team to be very professional, responsive and personable. All the staff know who I am when I call, know my property and are on the ball with local trades people to resolve any issues very quickly. Mary A and Anna are both very lovely to deal with and they deliver what they promise.

Would never recommend this office. Absolutely unprofessional work. I rented a house for 4 years and they kept $5,000 in excess when I left the property. I explained the situation to Anna and Mary in August, and they acknowledged the issue. It's October now and I am still waiting for the refund. They do not even reply to my emails/calls.

Far from impressed with the service of sales agent Amy White at this agency. Will not be returning!
