No One Has a Crystal Ball. David, as we began, the market was up; but, then, quickly slid and rates became scary. No one has a “crystal ball. ” When the market went flat, you kept me informed, offered advice and supplied me with options. You promoted my property to the hilt while somehow finding ways to hold on to the house I was (hopefully) buying.

Disappointing. I mistakenly booked an Airbnb with wrong dates, as soon as I realised it, the day after, I called this company, trying to get at least a percentage back with the cancellation and the Airbnb manager told me she would talk the owner and get back to me. She never called me, the times I reached her out she was rude, tryied to push me away, she NEVER gave me any return. They ended up taking my whole money, and booked the place to other client. They earned twice. Yes, that was the cancellation policy, but the way they handled it was very poor, what I went through as a potential customer I won't wish to anybody.

Living hours away from the property and selling under sad conditions, i knew that it was going to be difficult to do everything that needed doing in a reasonable timeframe, but, i should never have been worried.they just handled everything!
They literally organised it all - the cleaners, staging, any property maintenance, everything!

A very poor recent experience with Cameron. Super hard bloke to get a hold of and not overly enthused to deliver. I get the RE market has been pretty bonkers for the last 18 months and you’ve all become the beneficiaries of that and gotten rich from it but a little bit of applied effort would have been nice to see.

Jason Brennan at LJH has done a fabulous job of selling two properties at Nelson Bay for my 89 year old mother. Jason provided very clear information about the sale process and pricing and was always cherrfully available to answer questions. He kept us up to date regularly and greatly relieved any stress my mother had been experiencing with the task of selling the properties. I found Cameron Cooper un reliable and not trust worthy. One of the houses we saw we asked him several times if it was for negotiation prior to auction and specifically asked him to check and get back to us. He never did and said it’s for auction only, then he called one day and said at 9am and said we have an offer and we want to finalize it today so send me your best offer by 12.00pm. And sold the house for much less than what I would have offered for the house

David was very knowledgable about the area and very attentive to our needs.
