Absolutely horrendous experience with them. I won't suggest this R. E agent to anybody. We had a property which had deposited the bond, 2 weeks rent and signed the lease agreement, hoping with a happy face to live in a new property within a few days. Unfortunately the lack of communication between the agents within the real estate caused us to lose the property and we were almost homeless with no property as we were at the end of our lease in our previous property.
No idea how they work, one person shows the property, another person contacts us via email and another person agian contacts us via phone for the same lease process. Miscommunication would eventually happen when three different agents contact us for the same property. Moreover, the day when they cancelled our lease agreement without any prior notice, they told us one thing in the morning, another thing in the evening and another thing when notifying us about the lease cancellation.
No proor notification and nothing, at morning we had this email saying you guys are ready to pickup the key this weekend and after sometime they cancelled our lease.

Disappointed! I got notice at the last minute saying I won't be able to move into the property approved. They put me in difficult situations.

My experience with this real estate agency was incredibly disappointing. Despite approving the unit and accepting all our deposits, advance rents and bond payments, we were informed just four days before our planned move that the property couldn't be provided due to the owner's bankruptcy. This unexpected turn of events subjected us to a challenging situation. I sincerely hope that others are spared from such a distressing experience in the future.

They managed my unit for a year. The team did a fantastic job by keep my unit in a great condition. Their price is also competitive. If you want any real estate services they are the agent you should go to.

Outstanding Service. Louie provided outstanding service including personal support at anytime during the process. He gave a lot of time and effort to help with a highly successful outcome at auction. His professionalism and personal attention has meant so much to me especially as I am interstate and needed to entrust my property with him. Knowing that I could trust him with our greatest asset has made me feel confident that you would achieve the best.
His advice on how to increase the market value was insightful and produced a positive result for me.

We rented one of their property in peakhurst for 3 years. The agent came and inspected the property twice a year and never reported any issues. Upon return the property to the owner, the agent tried to claim the whole of the bond, by coming up with damages to the property matching the exact amount.the claim consists of damages to the car garage door, carpet, and wall paint, where they wanted to replace the whole of the garage door for few dents, quoting it is not possible to find matching panels, therefore the door needs to be replaced. Meanwhile, the garage door never worked during our stay. They also claim our professional carpet washing service did not clean the carpet property and requested the carpet to be recleaned, ignoring the fact we lived there for three years so wear and tears are expected.
Luckily NCAT rejected all of their claims and returned our bonds in full. To handle situation like this, you need to be well prepared with photos and videos before and after moving in and out. So they wont get their ways.

Great Experience. I had a great experience with Christine (Yuen Ching Mok). She was always easy to get in touch with and able to deal with a tricky situation which involved a the vendor, renters, and myself. She was very accommodating and made things easy.

I had the pleasure of purchasing a property from Louie and from the first inspection to final inspection Louie was nothing but very helpful. With every query I had he always went above and beyond to resolve any issues and always had a response withing minutes. Thank you Louie for making the process so painless.
