I definitely recommend Thomas at LJ. I was suffering tightness across the upper back and nerve pain/sensations down my left arm when I did certain movements. Thomas spent time assessing me. Asking questions and explaining what he could see was causing the problem. He completed some initial treatment and recommended I see my Dr to organise scans to ensure there were no underlying spinal issues. After three sessions I am significantly improved.
The practice is in an older building but service and treatment can't be faulted.

Since my first visit, I have noticed improvement in my posture and this has significantly helped my back pain. Thomas is attentive and his personalised treatment has been excellent. Thomas takes the time to explain the details so that I understand the cause and can best maintain the results. Highly recommend!

Dr Thomas’ treatment was very effective in giving me long lasting relief where previously I went to a Physio who treated me with massage and tens machine which gave me only a short bout of relief. Before Entering LJ chiropractic I was unable to lift both my arms, turn my head 360 and had 4 months to live.but after being handled by Courtney within one session I gained the vigor of my youth back, I was able to see colour again and hear the laughter of children playing. My spine went from a curly fry to the Dubai Creek Tower. I have never been able to do frontward summersault before due to my INTENSE back pains. Now i have the strength to compete in the 2026 olympics. Just being able to pick up my children and playing with them again brings me hope for the future again. I wouldn’t recommend any other place. (Dr li Jen wong was cool i guess).

Caringbah was my original location for seeing Jen & Courtney for my back pain from bad posture and repeated movements and strains from work. Courtney was very attentive and knowledgeable in her assessment and treatment. I felt very comfortable during my consultation and not nervous at all!

Great practice! I’ve been seeing Dr Courtney Meleisea for back pain and hip alignment. She is polite, gentle and comforting. Jen is very professional and friendly to work with. She provided lots of relief for my neck pains which developed over the past year from working from home. Jen also provided me a list of activities I can perform at home myself to alleviate tension which has been very helpful.
