Our go to for play! Has many options and our child enjoys the bike track. Well maintained. Shops are close by.

Very large play park with a variety of equipment. Not much for kids under 3 to play on though. There is an awesome bike track at the back of the park with traffic lights and stop signs etc.

Great playground with a fantastic water play area aswell as a fantastic bike track kids loved it

Kids had great time at Livvis Place Elara. It was a great spot for the kids to run around and play. The playground was well maintained and had plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained. The bicycle track was a huge hit with the kids and the water play area was a great way to cool off on a hot day. The basketball court was also a great addition and the flying fox was a lot of fun. All in all, a great spot for an afternoon of fun. Highly recommend!

This park has so many things to do, it even has a little water park that my daughter loved! It was a lovely visit I just wish they had some more shade around the park.

Grandson had a great time. So much for the kids to do. Very inclusive. Also the shopping centre is across the road if you need supplies for your day out here.

Very disappointed that the water park is not turned on. Particularly on such hot days. Play equipment was in the sun so some of it extremely hot and can't be used by toddlers. Needs shaded areas and shade sails. Gates need repair as toddlers can access car park as Gates were wide open. Otherwise a nice park.

This is one of the best parks. I have 3 kids: not 8 and 2 girls 6 & 4. They all love this park!

Lots of fun for kids as there are few choices. But the place needs to be cleaned as it was really in mess. Looked like it was not cleaned for few days.

Fun playland with plenty of variety. Bike/scooter area for kids on wheels. Everything felt safe, friendly vibe from other families. Would be good to see wet area active in summer and warmer days. We went in winter so good to see there's still enough variety anyway.

Great location for a picnic, bike ride, play equipment and water play. I’m really glad that the water play is automatic as there are some play areas that an adult needs to pump the water and only a trickle comes out. Impressed that this Livvi’s place does not have the manual pump feature. Thank you to the team who chose this automatic option.

Nice clean park with lots of different rides and activities for kids. There's a basketball court as well as a separate bike riding area and lots of benches and picnic tables for the adults! Bathrooms are also located nearby

One of the best and modern play area in Western Sydney for locals of Marsden Park and many other suburbs.

Such a good park only thing I dislike is how to water gets turned off at 3: 30 so on hot days it's unfortunate

This is a great park for kids from crawling babies and up. It is super accessible and very well designed. The water play area is lots of fun for kids and adults alike. I understand the water is set to start at 9 or 9.30am (which seems late to me for a Sydney summer day!) But the buttons located around the area are easy to start up the fountains. There are great shade cloths over the water area and shaded picnic table seating areas for the supervising adults. There are also BBQs for public use as well. There's a bike and scooter track next to the playground which looks like a lot of fun. Parking is easy and there is a cafe a short walk away for excellent coffee and small meals.

This place is amazing. It’s got the works - a scooter/bike track, a water play area, a big playground with slides and swings, a bouncy area, a merry go round, bbq, picnic area.and it’s all gated! (Winning when having toddlers in tow) there are also basketball courts and toilets and cricket nets

I liked the place, plenty of nice rides for the kids. However, someone cracked my car windscreen and didn't even bother to leave a note, so I am doubtful about the crowd, there are all sorts of people there.

Awesome playground, my ASD child has a blast. I love the different types of equipment. Can be busy in the afternoon though.

Great playground, alot of activities in a safe fenced place. Shade and amenities provided. Happy kids with enough to do.

Love the road tracks play area for kids. It even has a filling station! Very well maintained and lots of area to play.
