Rob has been an absolute life saver for me. I first saw him for shamanic healing where my whole body was shutting down and I was feeling a lot of pain especially in my chest. Incorrect reading don’t waste your time

The staff are quite nice in general.however everything is absolutely overpriced! A broken rose quartz crystal (small tower with a chipped tip) on display for sale for $100? ! Bracelets for rather uncommon crystals for $50? Or regular incense that is 10x the price of nearby stores.it's absolutely ridiculous. I understand that rent fees are high in stores, especially shopping malls, but there's a fine line between charging extra for covering overhead costs and being an absolute scam.there are places nearby or even online that don't cost half as much.window shop there but i swear don't buy a thing.

Wow, just wow! I am in complete awe about how someone can do a reading and get absolutely nothing right and give nothing but negative remarks. When I tried to correct the reading I was told off lying as apparently my "words" and "energy" didn't match. I apologise Rakshi that my lived experience of over 30 years did not match your imagined narrative that you created for me in a 5 minute cold read window. If you're thinking about getting a reading, I advise you to spread your $70 or $120 on ice cream instead, you'll be much happier.

Told me contradicting information i.e. There’s a guy coming into my life very quick who’s head will be in the clouds and not all together then, a few minutes later this same man will be someone who is decisive,
This so called man in the beginning was my soulmate, later I’m being told not this guy is not but another man who is my soulmate will come In 3 years- Justin obviously forgot what he said earlier lol
Justin then tells me to comprise and lower my standards in life.

I want my hard earned money back - vague, unclear and salesperson who’s sales pitch gone wrong

I went for a tarot reading first a Guy with name of woman did a a reading I have to stop him he was just asking questions and nothing assertive, I change him for Rob immediately the other guy was OK, for tarot reading I give him a 4 out of 10, at least he was better than the first one. To be honest it was a ripped of money $70 I paid and I feel was the worst tarot reading I have had. Don't waist your money in tarot readings there is a waist of money.

I came here as a newbie starting my crystal collection and asked the lady for advice on what to get.she showed me rose quartz and selenite.i then asked her about a blue crystal, that had the description card next to it.she gave me a glass blue pebble telling me it was a crystal.it is literally a fish tank decoration that she made me pay for. I found out from my friend who is knowledgable in crystals. It hurts me that such a nasty human being can work in a place that is supposed to be positive. She will get what is coming to her thats the beauty of karma.
This place is a scam do not step foot in here there are way better sources to buy crystals from.

Love popping into here for a quick glance at the beautiful collection thats always growing, changing, and shifting.i've had a couple readings and recommnded friends too and they've all been delighted with the insights provided by Kiki. Nora, Kimberly, and Kanika have always been the kindest souls i've met working in crystal stores they treat each person that walks into the store as a familiar face and have a way to make you feel at ease to enjoy the store peacefully but with an awareness that support is a simple "excuse me" away

Tarot reading with Michelle was amazing. Every second of it was enlightening and mesmerizing at the same time.

These stars are for the interesting products. The staff are very heavy handed with their sales tactics. If you are someone who likes to quietly browse uninterrupted, this is not for you.

Some great well organised gems and cleansing done before hand over of goods but prices just a bit high for a bargain Hunter.
