Liverpool Day Surgery

I had a procedure at Liverpool Day Surgery today and I must say that they are a top notch facility. Very professional and pleasant staff, both doctors and nurses. No one likes medical procedures but this facility made it very easy and I rate them 5 stars.

I had day surgery with Dr Ken Koo yesterday. Dr Koo has a great bedside manner and explains things so clearly.the whole nursing team were so kind, warm and professional. The facility is like a hotel. So clean and quite. I also was in the care of the best anaesthetist Dr Michael Jungmann. He just made me feel at ease and he is so professional. I would highly recommend Dr Koo and Dr Jungmann.

Staff are lovely, nurses are extremely friendly and professional. Very clean and show a great deal of care for their patients. Facilities are very clean and a lovely quiet environment.

Today was my first time ever doing any sort of procedure. I was extremely anxious but the staff were able to take care of me and I must say I’m so happy with their service! I definitely recommend this day surgery. (P. S.if you are a highly anxious person, you will be fine at this place!) very short waiting time as well! Thank you to all the staff for their amazing service!

I was anxious about having gastroscopy and colonoscopy done, but Dr. Ermerak and the team made me feel at easy and comfortable. Dr. Ermerak is very kind, caring and professional. I highly recommend him. Andrea

I received multiple calls regarding the additional possible costs and insurance excess however the hospital failed miserably with respect to admission time and fasting directions. The results was that I was over an hour late and luckily my conservative attitude to fasting ensured I met the conditions. Upon advising the admissions clerks of the failed process I was advised advice that I had received SMS notifications the day before. None of these SMS notifications included my fasting conditions and I was advised during the hospital excess call that the admission times and fasting condition would be provided with a call between 3 and 5pm. Given that SMS is not guaranteed delivery I accepted this as a prudent measure. My advice is that the processes are reviewed and that admission clerks defensive posture be replaced with acceptance of customer input.

Dr Bassan was very professional and took the time to explain everything to me. I would definitely recommend him. Also his receptionist Gail was so lovely to deal with over the phone so happy and cheerful. Thank you to the rest of the team and Liverpool day surgery all the staff were very nice.

Well managed. Professional staffs. Easy parking. Great to offer choices of snacks to patients. Nice fresh soft bread and sugarless juice.

Is closed permanently. No information nor indication that it is closed. Drove here to find out the hard way. Thanks a lot.

Good selection of visiting doctors. Comfortable consulting rooms. Parking is off street and may always not be available closeby.

I have never felt so comfotable and at ease going for a procedure.
The team at Liverpool Day Surgery are very professional and describe everything in a language I can understand.
Would I go to Liverpool Day Surgery again, absolutely!
