Above and beyond fantastic customer service! Within me asking for a quote for blinds half an hour later they were at the house to do this. Within 4 weeks blinds were made. Installation was carried out by a very lovely professional and so happy with them. Fantastic experience from start to finish thank you so much!

Worst business I ever dealt with 4 weeks and counting to finish one days work multiple mistakes on materials rude management threatening to cancel and leave job unfinished I won't even drive past Carpetcourt general management refused to assist the specific store is a franchise I hope it doesn't represent the whole company's delivery of service

As a young couple buying our first home, a little doer upper, Liverpool Carpet Court was amazing. From picking product in the showroom to the measure and installation, everything was handled with great knowledge and professionalism. They did our Carpet, Hybrid and Shutters. We had a small hiccup with our Shutters which was rectified promptly and without fuss. Couldn’t recommend this company enough.

They are experts in what they do - they helped me select the best carpet for my home advising me on the best way to lay the carpet and where the joins would be.
The carpet was installed to a very high standard and they provided great after sale service also.

All i can say is WOW. Fantastic job, the instatter was a fantastic young guy who worked on his own. Great attitude. Great jod. Fantastic presentation. Knocked on the front door to introduce himself before doing anything else, then asked me to come have a look before he departed. they employ thieves I had valuable item stolen oculus go VR, from my en-suite, rang carpet court Liverpool spoke to Brian the manager, he could not care at all.
