Sean is easily one of the best PTs out there, he’s so friendly and so kind while being extremely professional and encouraging. Having had no idea how to lift weights or do any kind of weight training I opted to sign up with a trainer and I’m so glad I did! I’ve seen really good progress in the short few months we’ve been training and Sean’s very attentive and supportive! I don’t think I could ever train with anyone else in Sydney, even if he moves gyms I’ll have to go with him - 5 stars doesn’t even seem like enough
I suffered from years of a knee problem and injured my ankle playing sport while he was training me and he always made sure to take that into account and make sure the last thing I did was injure myself further
It’s been so nice to be supported and even seeing him train other people it is very clear his programmes are very well tailored to suit each client - just goes to show how extensive his knowledge is

Absolutely loved working with Sean, he has a world of knowledge about the fitness and nutrition industry. I got great results from his program.the livelong app is a great tool to use for your fitness goals, brilliant set up

Livelong Performance has been such a great discovery for me.
I trained for many years without proper guidance and when I finally joined this program I managed to achieve many of the fitness goals I never reached before.
Sean has been very professional along all the way, with a weekly follow up on my condition and shaping the trainings at 360 degrees around my needs.
Also the app used for the trainings is very easy to follow, with description, videos and stats, very useful to train by yourself when needed.
Would definitely recommend subscribing to this training program.

I have been with livelong just under 2 years now.
Honestly say it is the best move I have made in year's and should of done it years ago.
I had told myself I was past the point were weights could be of benefit to me but after a consultation with sean I couldn't of been further from the truth.
I had full trust in sean and his specific program for me and seen the benefits physically and mentally.
His accessibility even though we were in different times zones really was spot on.
I cant speak highly enough of livelong and highly recommend it to anyone.

Worked with Sean for 2.5 years. Saw great progress through the varied strength and cardio programs he put in place. Great way to get into a routine and to be held accountable. Highly recommend working with Sean to achieve your goals.

Sean created a training plan for me that was easy to follow by myself in the gym and changed it up within the app so I would stay motivated, and in turn I could see changes to my fitness and shape. I was able to build a lot of strength in areas that had previously been causing pain and injury. Sean also suggested diet tweaks that were necessary to compliment the training schedule. The app made it easy to keep track of my goals and achievements. I highly recommend Livelong Performance.

Sean is a true professional and an absolute gent to deal with. From the start of my journey until the end sean was always on hand with answers for any of my questions. Sean approach towards his clients is second to none and only for him I wouldn’t of achieved my goals. Couldn’t recommend sean enough.

I signed up with Sean in July 2020. I had watched his Instagram for a while and he seemed so dedicated to clients and sound. When I joined up it was exactly the same. I had messages daily nearly, if I wasn't posting he would check in, he gives you his number so you can what's app him too, he gave me so many tips on nutrition and really motivated me.i understand protein now. Other things got in the way but I'd probably be still signed up otherwise. Thanks Sean. Easiest 10 kg I ever lost while eating and just getting walking. ‍️

I have always trained but I have never seen real results until I started with Sean.
Livelong performance has completely changed the way I see training by building my awareness around nutrition and how it is a vital part of successful body recomposition.
Actual training and gym work is only really effective if you are supporting your workouts with the right types of food so your body can keep working hard and recovering well.
Sean really helped me realise this and supported me all the way from cutting down my body weight to then helping me build muscle mass and creating healthy habits.
The support from Sean has been incredible, any questions I have had regarding training and nutrition have been answered promptly and thoroughly.

Sean is a highly professional PT and life coach in the fitness and health industry. I haven't came across anyone any better in the industry.

I suffer a chronic hip injury, his altered programs to suit my needs and his depth of knowledge of when and how to train is second to none.

When I have been training with Sean I feel the best I ever have felt mentally and physically in my life. I have reached mobility and strength levels I didn’t ever expect to reach again. Lastly, on top of it all you’ll find it hard to meet a all round better person.

Keep up the good work Sean. Thanks for getting me to where I am today!

5,4,3,2,1…. DO it! Sign up for Sean’s program! You won’t regret it! He does such a great job in coaching you to build the healthy habits you always wanted to make. It’s not new year new me. It’s new year and new invigoration to meet your goals. Jan 1st is a great day to sign up! Easy way to keep track when tracking your progress over the next coming months. I have never been able to be consistent with working out in my LIFE until doing this program. Do something your future self can look back on and be proud about. P. S.you don’t regret what you do; you regret what you don’t do and there are so many things you may regret, but you never regret a workout! Xo

Sean helped me to achieve my goals by developing a bespoke plan based on my needs and lifestyle. This included a really sensible approach to eating so that I didn’t feel like I was missing out. The workouts developed my strength and mobility and Sean created a new program for me when I wanted to train for a half-marathon. This program kept me injury free so that I was race fit for the day. Sean has a non-nonsense approach and he is deeply knowledgeable, always learning and sharing up to date information with his clients. The online platform is really easy to use and Sean’s check ins keep you accountable but also allow you to get feedback on technique or ask specific questions. Thank you Sean.

Sean is a great coach!

As a PT, I was surprised how much I had learnt from him.

It made me realise how important having someone hold you accountable everyday is.

His knowledge on not just nutrition & training but covering sleeping habits & mindset was massively helpful, not just in my transformation but helped with my business too!

I would Highly recommend Sean to anyone serious about changing there LIFE, not just looking for a quick fat loss!

Sean is an incredible coach, super easy to talk to and extremely understanding when it comes to ones psychology. As a coach myself, I wanted to invest in a coach that will teach me as well as coach me. I learnt so much about coaching which I have used and still do with my own clients and he has been a huge role model for me and many other. Sean also created a programme specifically for my Brazilian Jiu Jitsu performance, which worked absolute wonders. The programme was fun, challenging and well planned out, all while achieving strength and conditioning for my sport. Highly recommend Sean at Livelong Performance.

Sean is a true professional. After countless fad training regimes I was only able to reach my goals with Sean’s help. I started working with Sean the year I turned 40. I was sick of not being happy with my body. Sean listened to me and tailored a plan which was perfect, even to the point of listening to me when I told him I wasn’t interested in talking about dietary changes right away, he focussed on getting results from our workouts and then very gradually eased me into improving my diet one step at a time.
I saw changes in my body that I’ve never seen before, and I’d been using gyms for 20 years at that stage!
If you’re thinking about getting a coach, stop thinking and just do! Follow Sean’s advice and you WILL see results!

I started working with Sean to focus on technique and injury prevention with strength training. Sean provided a complete program, with different phases over a period of 3 years to build strength and technique while also reducing body fat. Always supportive, he kept me accountable and provided additional support across nutrition, sleep and stress management. Sean is very knowledgeable and able to communicate this knowledge in the right way to help people achieve good outcomes - I would highly recommend Sean to help in any of the areas I have mentioned above.
