Theo is a gentleman and an effective trainer. I had struggled to gain muscle on my upper body, but with Theo I gained 1.5kg in 14 weeks, without gaining any fat. In addition, training with Theo is enjoyable.

I started training with Theo almost a year ago. I wanted to gain muscle, lose fat and improve my cardio fitness, with a special goal of trimming upper arm flab! Being in my fifties, I was looking for someone who could tailor an exercise program that considered my age and ability. Working weekly with him I have steadily improved my strength and passed many milestones. When I started, I could hardly manage one push up, now I can do 100! With Theo’s guidance and encouragement, I have also taken up running and found that I love it. I have never felt so fit, and even feel confident enough to wear sleeveless garments now!
Theo sets goals that are realistic, and he is very encouraging of my progress. He is always professional, well-prepared and punctual. His good humour and personalised playlists make the work enjoyable. He also goes above and beyond to offer helpful advice on things like equipment, useful apps, running routes, tips on technique and all manner of other handy information. I look forward to every week’s session and to achieving more goals in the future. I highly recommend Theo for personalised fitness training.

I have very much enjoyed training with Theo over the past couple of years. I have never enjoyed going to gyms or group exercise sessions, so training with Theo in the privacy of my own backyard a couple of mornings a week was a game changer. Theo is a great trainer who carefully tailors exercise plans specifically to his clients needs. I would warmly recommend him to others, especially anyone who is considering getting into training for the first time.

I am 87 and enjoy attending Theo’s classes with a group at my retirement village. We have fun and Theo caters well for seniors.

I have been training in a life style class with Theo for 7 years. I began 6 months after having a stroke. Working with Theo got me back to full strength which has been maintained through regular exercise in the class. Our class comprises people over 60 years of age and Theo is always respectful of this; and aware of any issues people might have.

Theo has a unique capacity for introducing fun into our sessions which makes weightlifting enjoyable. He also spends time downloading 60's music which we sing a long to while we exert ourselves.

Thank you Theo for all you do.you have my hearty recommendation.

I have been training with Theo since 2012 following major surgery. I have regrettably have had to have further surgery since then and Theo has been a total saviour helping me to maximise recovery each time.
Theo is a great motivator. He is patient and has been able to modify exercise to suit my needs whilst giving me the encouragement to keep working to get to the next level. His classes are fun and enjoyable and his upbeat manner is a constant motivator. The results that I have experienced time after time from Theo's instruction have given me total confidence in using strength training to gain the required benefits. Theo is very adaptable and tailors exercise to suit the needs of his client and would unreservedly recommend Theo as an instructor.

Personal Trainer. The workouts have always been full of variety and intensity
And are always on the 'Mark'
The level of workout and variety, coupled with a light hearted teaching style have produced signifcant changes and improvements in my health and fitness. Thank you Theo

I have been in an exercise class run by Theo for NSW Health - Healthy Lifestyle for the past two years. He is really excellent. He chooses a good variety of appropriate exercises (and challenges) for the mixture of people in the class and leads the class in a delightful way with unfailing enthusiasm so that everyone enjoys it. I certainly feel better for having attended his classes and look forward to them each week. Re-enrolments in the class have been 100%. What more can one say.

I have had Theo's help for several years and this is the only time I have enjoyed an exercise class so I highly recommend him. He has a great sense of humour but is highly organised and keeps everyone on task, albeit gently. He is great at structuring lessons to fit ability levels too.
