Very disgusting hygiene. It was nice when it first opened but now very gross everywhere, girls bathroom had diarrhea in the toilet for days and stinks people are using outside bathrooms instead, bathroom mirrors got fingerprints all over it, sweat never cleaned off equipment looks like it receptionist job to clean, they need to hire regular cleaners, looking for a new gym.

With instructor Tatiana, there is always a Full class attendance. I think that says it all about how great a class it is. With that said, Tatiana makes the class work to everyone’s level of skills and physicality, ensuring that everyone is able to participate and be challenged. It is an excellent class that I will continue going back to.

I don't usually write reviews, but since I saw what happened yesterday, I felt the need to leave a review as I've known santino for 2 years through the gym. I have to say he is one of the nicest people you will ever meet, and yesterday he was looking after an injured member while the ambulance was there, so it was an unusual circumstance. This arron guy was being unreasonable and couldn't wait while santino was trying to sort out the member with the dislocated shoulder.

Horrible maintenance. Psycho eyed and incredibly rude owner. Don’t give your money to these awful people.

If you want quality stuff go somewhere else.
Water fountain has been broken for close to a year literally drizzling out and this has been brought up before the owner refuses to fix it!
Pec deck machine has been broken for a week so far let’s see how much longer.i’ll update my post when these issues are fixed but seems like they won’t be so they can have my 1 star review.the 5 star reviews are from people that utilise the gym and yes it has good equipment but they really need to maintain the stuff there a non functioning water fountain is the most annoying problem as you have to line up not to mention the filter will be red for months

This gym is one of the best in the hills area!
Friendly and helpful staff that answers all your questions!
They have a child minding facility, so all the parents can have some time alone to work out
They have saunas and a float tank that just adds the cherry on top!
It’s worth signing up!

What a great experience floating in the salt bath I recommend this for totally relaxation but don’t just take my word for it, You Got To Try it

Good selection of equipment and friendly staff.

Unfortunately the maintenance of the facility seems to be lacking as there has been a broken water fountain dispenser for atleast 3 months to fill up your water bottle and the air-conditioning seems non-existent or connected to the shopping centre's central system which means you're training in a sweatshop and relying on the few seconds when a rotating fan is blowing air on you. I would go to another gym alone based on the air conditioning issues as it can lead to very unenjoyable workouts and affect members with medical issues who are sensitive to heat (especially approaching peak summer).

I have recently joined Livewell health clubs and signed up to the VIP gym membership, what a VIP experience from the moment i entered the gym. The staff were super friendly and extremely hospitable offering me waters and protein shakes, the gym floor was clean and everything was in its place. Was a 10/10 experience from the get go. Thank you Livewell Health Clubs!

Great facilities, friendly staff and lots of good classes, they even have Brazilian jujitsu class for kids so parents can do their workout while kids are having fun learning. Richard is an awesome teacher and a champion!

The absolute best gym I have ever been to, Super helpful, empathetic around mental health and so easy too communicate with! I recently terminated my membership for personal reasons but I will not go anywhere else if I decide I want to go to the gym again in the future!

Love this gym.
The equipment is 2nd to none and the environment has a great vibe with a boutique upclass feel that is different to other gyms in Sydney.

Great gym, friendly staff and awesome equipment and facilities.

Rouse Hill Live Well Health Club is great. From the moment we signed up we were greeted with great staff offering drinks, protein shakes etc.while we waited for our gym tour. Seamless sign up process with everything explained.

Great gym, even during peak times I never find it too hard to work out as there are plenty of machines and equipment available. Everything is kept very clean and tidy.

Great sauna available for use and parking is great and very accessible.

Always look forward to my sessions there!

Very clean gym with modern equipements and dedeicated professional staffs.
One thing that I think is really needed is Sissy-Squat machine. I did requested it by sending email and follwed up after weeks but didn't hear back from them unfortunately.

I would give 5 star for the customer service I recieved from Rachael she was amazing and helped me with a little situation I was having and resolved it within a few hours so thank you Rachael. Thank you also to Adrian for the follow up phone call in regards to the miscommunication I had recieved and gave his apologies.
