Daniel from the melbourne office went above and beyond to support our business needs when it comes to our eftpos, very happy with our new terminal & saving money on our merchant fees!

At first I was sceptical about signing up with Live Payments because I don’t like change and I have been using another merchant for years, but also paying a lot for it.

Taxi fare meter registered +- $70 at destination (already $10 more than usual). Credit card charged $84. Tidy little scam they've got going here!

I was using commbank before and felt like I was being treated like a number. I coudnt recommend live payments enough, the service provided by Daniel was outstanding and my terminals arrived very quickly and setup was simple.

Don't trust them, big scammers. Agrees on a price then changes it after trip is done.

Flew into Sydney on Monday the 18/9/23. Took a taxi from the airport to the city. 7.7km / 15 minute drive. Taxi driver mentioned it was slightly more expensive for the larger taxi to fit the 4 of us and luggage - yep ok. I was in the back and gave my card to our front passenger to pay. We were unable to see the meter from the rear seats. Upon looking for the amount to show on the credit card finally found it got charged at $144.52. Daylight robbery. Uber from now on.

Scam company allowing taxi drivers to exploit travellers. Took a cab in Perth and the meter said $12.69 and he claimed he couldn’t provide a receipt as he ran out of paper in the machine. Got charged $94.51. Lesson learnt…do not take taxis especially with Live Payments.

No EFTPOS machines available and still taking new applications. I was being told that waiting time is indefinite because the team is unable to fix the software issues, that's what I was being told over the phone.
