This is a fraudulent business I think. In a April one of client used our services back in April 2019 and the bill was around $1300. Live group emailed me by saying this is transaction has been disputed so send us proofs to prove this transaction is legit. We sent all the proofs where customer’s driver singed messages exchanged screenshots between technicians and the owner also Receipt of the payment.
But last night got email they going to charge back. Without any clarification and outcome notification this morning the payment has been taken out from our company account.
Going to lodge a formal complaint and will go all the way, wherever this matters will go now.
