Smashed a large window 22.12.2021. Couldn’t contact anyone to help in Bathurst or Orange. Robyn at Lithgow glass was fantastic. She moved mountains to get Darren up to our place bright and early 23.12.2021 and the large piece of glass was replaced within an hour. 5 stars to this fantastic, customer-friendly business…

The woman I dealt with today has got to be the roodest person I've ever spoken to. The customer service is absolutely the worst I've experienced. Hopefully the door gets here today as I've had enough of dealing with this company. NEVER AGAIN
With the reply to your comment an excuses you have published I will still never use your company again. Yes my father-in-law has a mate there that measured up the glass but even he came to put it in with a bad attitude an no sign of customer service. We had a quote on a sliding door that was$900 that was said to be very high so your company didn't have to deal with us again. Very upsetting that we as customers have to deal with poor salesmanship an bad attitudes. I understand that the window has to go through the hardening stages but nearly 2 weeks without a front door an no security other than a bit of black plastic to hold out the weather an burglars is awesome. Called them first thing in the morning to repair a broken window - they were out within a couple of hours and had it fixed up. Wonderfully quick service, reasonable price and a pleasure to deal with.

Did a great job repairing my broken window. Unfortunately it took 2 days before anyone was available to board up the broken glass in an emergency.so l had to do that part myself.

Qualified to inspect wood combustion heaters too! A free service. They don't even consult paying client/property owner about concerns they just inform occupants! I'm so glad they didn't repair the glass as requested as that must be a heating specialist job!
