Whilst coming in contact a year ago with McGrath Lower Mountains and Stewart Lamont when purchasing our property was a good experience, worthy of the glowing review I left at the time, my time as a landlord with this agency has been frustrating to say the least, and I would not recommend them as rental agents under any circumstances.

We experienced such poor reliability of communication and follow-up, apparently experienced by both myself and the tenant, causing ongoing stress and uncertainty, all which could have been avoided.

After such unprofessional management due to this Agency's negligence, under the guidance of Stewart Lamont and Brad Cole, we were terminated as landlords before the tenants were to be evicted, leaving us in an incredibly stressful and dangerous position, just before Christmas. This was due to us entering the property for an apparently approved inspection by the Agency, encountering the result of the Agency's poor communication and support.

The recent tenancy eviction itself was so easily managed in the end by a different agency - professional and communicative, just the way things should have always been.

We are so glad this is all over.
