Lismore Garden Centre

Came in on Friday 23rd Sept 2023 to find some advice for my fruit trees and the gentleman I spoke to was so knowledgeable and easy to understand (I don't have a Green thumb).
Walked out with some great products and knowledge- with further plans to visit again, enhance my property & become a regular!

SO MUCH BETTER THAN BUNNINGS. The south lissy garden centre is my happy place, there’s always a fantastic array of plants to choose from whether you’re after indoor, outdoor, ornamental or edibles for the garden. Their bags or organic compost are worth every penny… my garden thrives thanks to these legends. Wonderful staff, great atmosphere. I’m so glad they kept going after the floods, Lismore wouldn’t be the same! Always down for a chat about the garden, really makes you feel welcome.

Friendly local business, excellent customer service, great range of plants and garden ornaments, all reasonably priced.

Good to see the colourful, lush green plants, ceramic pots and soil mixes are back in South Lismore. After the record flood we have just had it's a mighty effort to see this beautiful garden centre back in business. From pink finger limes to petite violas there's something here to make you smile.

Beautiful and dedicated owners, Emma and Cam, are rebuilding after two floods. Twice they have cleaned up and restocked to provide their community with gorgeous plants, vegie seedlings, potted flowers, fruit trees and just about anything you might wish for your garden. Don't go to bunnings, support local, independent, hard working people who put their heart and soul into their business

By far the best nursery I've ever been to in my life. The greatest selection of plants including unusual finds (Got a Chocolate Persian Silk tree here!) Fantastic, warm, helpful service at a good price. If something comes from wholesale looking a bit sad or with problems, these guys will not sell it until nursed back to health. My favourite place to visit in Lismore.

This is my favourite store to visit in Lismore, the variety is amazing. Every time I come in there's some new and exciting plants, varieties that I didn't think I'd be able to get locally.wonderful bromeliads, medinillas, heliconias (at the right time of year). Makes Bunnings look very generic. While not super budget I'd say very well priced for what you get, the plants are healthy and my garden looks so much more interesting since discovering this place, I don't know why I put off visiting for so long. I guess because it looks small from the outside, but inside is an Aladdin's cave for plant lovers. One thing I will suggest if you see something you really like you'd better buy it then, because the place is always busy and when I've gone away to think about purchases I've come back to find all the stock sold out.never mind I can usually find something else awesome instead!

Wonderful helpful and knowledgeable staff. Great selection of plants. Carry heavy purchases eg soil plants etc to car for you even when they are really busy. Love this place.

Always like checking out this nursery to se what new stock they have in. Staff are great. Friend was after a particular small shrub and the staff were able to tell her when they would have new stock in and would give her a call.

Lismore Garden Centre is absolutely splendid! I love gardening, but not so much shopping.

However, the very warm and welcoming owners of this nursery make shopping an easy and pleasurable experience.

They are immensely helpful, knowledgeable, and their prices are always very reasonable.

I am very fond of unconventional fruit trees and, particularly, large, unusual trees - both deciduous and evergreen: the nursery never fails to cater to such botanical palette with which to paint my project parkland.

There is no other nursery I would sooner visit.
