Called ahead to check availability of the item. The staff accommodated the inquiry professionally and confirmed availability. There was quite a wait in store since there were only two staff on the floor and five or more customers are on queue. Price matched the item

Veronica is very friendly and knowledgeable and helped me sort out a ring for my wedding! She made the initial purchase really straightforward, and then took charge of the ring resizing process when other team members were slow getting back to me. I felt looked after which is a big deal when you have a wedding coming up!

We have gone to Linda & Co twice, once to purchase a Longines watch and the other time to have an antique ring refurbished.
The watch purchase was simple, and we knew exactly what we wanted. They were able to resize the watch within a few minutes.
The rings required re-sizing and some minor design adjustments. Alan was very patient with us. We were a little nervous to change a family heirloom, but Alan did an excellent job!
We will happily return here for any other jewellery or watch needs.

I have owned a piece of jewellery for many years and have searched on and off for a matching pendant. I never really expected to find something, but in the window there it was. I was shown the pendant and Veronica helped me try it on. I was unsure, so they offered to hold for me till I could bring my jewellery to compare.
Veronica was so patient and helpful, and on my return to the store I find they are a perfect match. I was also given a certificate of sale, detailing the item for my records.
It was a real pleasure shopping at Linda & Co Macquarie ctr.

Came to ask if they had a particular Tissot watch, they didnt have it but sales guy automaticallly offered to have it ordered in.and gave me a discount for the inconvenience! Havent had customer service like this for awhile! Definitely buying all my jewelry and watches from them from now on!
