Lincraft reviews
14My go-to place for all things fabric and craft! I have sympathy for the two staffs who work there and how, at rush hours, they struggle to even go to the restroom. They are really lovely girls and always helpful!
The store has a large inventory, but unfortunately, the staff wasn't very helpful during my visit. I needed them to cut two pieces from a large cloth, but they informed me about their policy of cutting only one piece at a time. They claimed they didn't have the time to cut two different pieces. Instead, they offered to cut one big piece and suggested I take it somewhere else to have it divided into two pieces. I must admit that I was quite disappointed with this experience, as it doesn't align with what I consider great customer service.
Staff friendly and helpful. Low stock or out of stock for sewing things i am normally wanting. Something about the shop makes it unappealing.
I was there Boxing Day and the way the manager was talking to the other worker was DISGUSTING AND DISRESPECTFUL, but the worker was so helpful in assisting me and serving me with my fabric.
Very helpful and friendly staff, plenty of options to choose for Easter stuff to kids hats to choose from, price also good
Great store if you're like me & want to avoid busy malls. Lincraft staff very friendly.
A great place for all sewing, knitting and craft needs. Thank you to all the pleasant staff there, I really hope they remain that way
Have been here a few times. Staff are indifferent. When they serve you, they immediately turn their back and don't even say thank you or hand you your receipt or a bag. First I thought it was just the chick on that day.but it happened again. Very rude
This is my local fabric and craft store and every time I go shopping i call in (Covid lockdown permitting) to see what I might need.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. Sometimes it's a bit of a wait in the queue but I find that's okay because it's interesting seeing what other people are purchasing.
Sometimes you'll find some good buys on the table out front.
A great store.
Go to place for all art and craft needs. Located in seven hills plaza. Staff is helpful. Good deals available when there is store wide sale is going on. Picked up handmade 100% cotton mask. Quilts, bed sheets, mattress covers are available too.
Found much offers today.
Good place to buy craft things.
It has lot of varieties.
I was just window shopping though.
We could have just walked out with stock.no one maning the front counter. Rang the bell and waited for the cashier.
Very disappointed with the level of service and care. I was in lincraft seven hills with my 90 year old mother. Mum was buying a sewing machine and asked for assistance with this and some accessories. The sales woman (who appeared as the most senior member) was dismissive and quite obviously did not want to help my Mum. Surely a few minutes to assist an older lady who is using a walking frame to make some purchases and give some information, would have been a little kinder.
Had a wide variety of fabrics and jewellery and equipments alike. The staffs there were also friendly.
