Reason for giving 2 stars are of the following: Visited this store as I remembered one of the kids superhero costumes were on the special rack near the checkouts. Loved the costume, so we came back around for the costume for my little one, bought and now as we opened it - only to discover there are missing gloves and a cape to the costume. Not impressed if this product previously was on special and then having to be put back on the rack to put the price up again without checking the items and labelling them to put cheaper and notifying as items are missing. Not impressed and not a great start for one of our first purchases

Good location, diverse stock, under staffed - although when attended, pleasant, courteous and product knowledgeable.

Neat and tidy shop. Plenty of bed linen etc. Not a great variety of fabrics-hard to see, could be displayed better.

Funtastic! Their someone in there to help me out to get all i need for my daughter handbag project.supply limited, but there are options great shopping experience on that day.

Really hope I can change my rating by next year.
Your store has become such a disappointment. Aisles look littered and messy, stock sprawled on the floor and uncared for. You only have a staff member on at a time? Or are they just held up in the back?
The cutting matt's are all damaged because of the way they are displayed. The fabric section makes no sense and is a hot mess. Your items are soo limited and disappointing. The only thing you have that's good is an aging Button section!
Fix the store up, get more staff, make sure your stock is cared for!

Very rude staff member who did not want to help me. When I asked for her help she just rolled her eyes. I pointed out why she was rude and instead of saying sorry she argued with me. I reported her.

Always has good sales. Staff are very helpful and best of all they don't run and hide when they see you.

Very dated looking store now.
Friendly service seems bigger than other lincrafts (most seem to have closed now).

I looked at 3 different items today- cushion inserts, zippers & gutterman thread all had no prices showing. Purchased the cushion inserts and was charged incorrectly for adhesive…. I was refunded the over charge. Why can’t prices be shown on items?

Has everything you could possibly need to create your own things from fabric to papercraft. Lots of bargain bins too. Love the location, easy to access and not in a big shopping centre. I'm imagining it being very busy on a weekend so parking might be an issue.

Nice place to shop for craft.a little pricey for me I source my stuff cheaper on eBay Kmart and other stores

I have been a long time VIP customer of this store. Lived in the area for 40 years. Went for a visit today to have a look at gym towels that were advertised on Sale. The young staff member did not understand what I wanted and showed us to the towels. My husband and I proceeded to leave the store and a security call came across the speaker and a very young staff member asked to check my bag. She put her hands in my bag to inspect. Maybe lincraft should concentrate on customer service instead of treating people like thieves. Wishing spotlight was still in Liverpool.

Looking for sewing machine but they only had real cheap one and expensive one, nothing in between

Shipping during lockdown is terrible! I ordered last friday, dispatched Monday, its now Friday, a whole week and still my order hasn't been delivered, i live 15 minutes away!

So busy with the sale today.all 3 staff were on the registers so no assistance on the floor to locate anything.

This is a great store with friendly and helpful staff. Their products are on the expensive side but they have an awesome variety of stock, including art and craft material, sewing jtems and homewares.
I find that their fabrics are well priced, especially when they are having a sale. This Lincraft has calm atmosphere and is pleasant to shop in. It has wide aisles and I found it easy to navigate with a pram. I wish that there were more Lincraft stores open to shop in.

Good place for crafting tools for sewing creating wool and silk artificial stuff highly recommended for those who know how to toiler plus many things worth looking at like fabrics bottons pins furniture accessories and more plenty of parking areas. 70%

They have nothing available, they don't know when new stock would come, every item i asked for is either out of stock or no longer selling, but it still shows up on their website as available.
