Lincraft reviews
38 The most helpful team!
Walked in with a project and zero confidence but left with a direction and everything I needed.
I've only just discovered this store and I love it! Great range of arts, crafts, fabrics etc. So much cheaper than Spotlight too. They had an awesome 40% sale off and I grabbed some terrific bargains. Plenty of staff who were very helpful, which is such a contrast to Spotlight where you can never find any staff to help and then have to line up at fabric counter for ages. Service was far better at Lincraft. The staff were very friendly and helped me find what I needed, without the wait. They also offer free membership with discounts. I will definitely be visiting again and will shop here before Spotlight in the future.
Small, pokey, inconvenient (limited parking around it, for example), literally 2 staff in the entire store, limited fabrics, lots of weird oddities that really don't make any sense. So disappointing.
Could not find the place, walked all around car park was supposed to be near the small roundabout. Was sooo annoyed, just ended up going home. Going to spotlight tomorrow instead. Its easy to find.
When this particular store was upstairs it was amazing, with excellent quality products. It now feels cheap and nasty, with a lot of tacky items with no real quality value. The store is almost impossible to find from inside the shopping centre.
Lincraft is in a spot that is just dark and gloomy. They only benefit of its location is you can always get a park. They seem to have a pretty good selection of crafts and accessories and we go there to get cotton, embroidery thread, wool, and dye because it's more affordable that the other big chain.
Good little store with happy experienced staff. It's a little hidden away from the rest of the shopping centre
Has a good range but is hard to find and get to. Also has limited staff so if you can't find it yourself you will have trouble finding someone not on registers to help.
Great store highly underated, excellent product range great young staff who are super helpful and friendly!
Very impressed so much cheaper than Spotlight for delivery plus goods were cheaper and received my order in a couple of days. Well done super happy
Lady named Amanda was very rude, she should not work in customer service. This is deferred me to come back to th store.
Location was not easy to get to. However once your inside it’s a lovely fabric and craft store.
I took my wife hear today so she can buy some clothes to covor her chairs for her studio. I was amazed by the amount of craft stuff there are out there. I end up buying some warm gloves for thia winter. From stand lights to white canvas and everthing in between. Plenty of craft elwments for the kids as well. You will find here lots of interesting gifts for smart kids.
Didnt like my experience there. Woman was sarcastic and i felt like she was some sort of feminist. Another mob of man haters.
The piece of material was way over priced.
Dingy and sad. The route to get there from within the shopping centre is fraught with danger and terrible smells.
Absolutely ridiculous customer service. No help at all. Honestly don't waste your time. Go to Spotlight.
Small, pokey, inconvenient (limited parking around it, for example), literally 2 staff in the entire store, So disappointing.
Located annoyingly out of the centre with a weird walk through the carpark if you want to shop at any other store. When i visited there were bad smells emanating from the shopping centre's rubbish collection which were hard to escape even inside the Lincraft store. Minimal staffing (although friendly) makes for long wait times.
Access is a misleading car parking detour and a long tiring pedestrian nightmare if you get it wrong
Although the lady that eventually served me was lovely the wait was simply not good enough. 5 other customers behind me just dumped their desired items wherever they were and walked out. I did suggest to the sales assistant she was way too short staffed.not her fault clearly.very disappointed in Lincraft Kotara. Store was badly in need of a tidy up. My wait time was 18 minutes for 4 spools of cotton.who has that much time to waste?
