Absolutely disgusting customer service at Lincraft Tuggerah. Rudest store manager who hung up on me.
Rung up and ordered blinds to be put away store mgr asked my member number to put them away. Hubby drove 60km round trip to pick them up only to charged full price not member price. Hubby was then told to bring the blinds back to get discount. So another 60km round trip and an hour out of his day. Store looks like a rubbish tip!

AWFUL.if i could do minus stars i would.i went into this store with my mum and sister, the lady serving us was called “emmah” with a h.so unprofessional she is not in the right mindset to be working.we arrived and told her that we needed to get some new hooks because we got the wrong ones and exchange them for the right ones with a smile on our faces. She grabbed the hooks and rolled her eyes and acted like she wanted to say something yet it was just her being disrespectful. We then came back and she continued to have a massive attitude. She then said some extremely unprofessional things that were so out of place and quite shocking. I will never be attending lincraft tuggerah again because of Emmah.

ZERO STARS! My mum was visiting this pathetic store a few days ago & she found what she wanted & approached the counter with her single item. The lady behind the counter didn’t look up once, was pacing around the service area & failed to even acknowledge my mum. Eventually, she walked over begrudgingly & still without looking up or even a single for greeting, rudely asked ‘phone number? ’ My mum said, pardon? As she could barely hear her. Mum read her number. The lady rudely said ‘slow down, you’re too fast. ’ Mum then read her number much slower this time so the lady could type it in. The employee then rudely said ‘you need to be less sarcastic’ to which my mum said ‘you were extremely rude by ignoring me when I approached the counter, didn’t greet me & then didn’t look up once, barely grunting to ask my number in a whisper. ’ Mum then, being so shocked by her unjustified rudeness asked for the manager. The lady walked away mid-sentence while my mum was still talking & came back saying she was the manager (this was the same lady mind you) & then proceeded to ban my mum from the store for a year. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC! Head Office have been contacted too regarding the abysmal attitude & service towards my mum. This ‘Store Manager’ needs some people skills & now that I’ve spread the word around the central coast about this experience, we’ll all enjoy sitting back & seeing this miserable, mourngy ‘Manager’ have a reason to be mourngy. Smile! Don’t ignore customers! It costs NOTHING. It wasn’t my mum’s fault you didn’t want to be there, clearly hating your job. DO BETTER.

The late opening time is losing Lincraft customers. Oh so still it’s closed for another hour? Off to Spotlight then…

Very good craft store.lovely staff plenty of parking. Limited on 3D sheets, but sure they would be getting more in. Good shop to spend time in.

Very expensive unfortunately staff don't know much about the products they sell so unable to help customers

Has necessary haberdashery and fabric but not breaking any records for latest fabric variety. Trims, fastenings and yarn collection are the highlights. Beads, Gifts and toys are not bad. Staff care factor is no more than three stars

Today I visited Lincraft.great variety of the many crafts. Lots of 50% markdowns on almost everything in store. Xmas isles are being established and I cannot wait to see the finished Xmas areas. I'll be back in on a weekly basis to see it all come together.

Rudest shop assistant I've ever experienced in my shopping life.shame really because I like to believe in & support an alternative to Spotlight.but honestly Lincraft.please revisit your staff choices. Emmah was awful.so disappointing I am writing this review.

Yes I enjoyed looking at the cotton and wool products, their prices were a little higher than my usual wool shop,

The sales assistant Carol was very slow and chatting to customer for a long time whilst there was a line. I had also asked her if they sold foam and she said no we don't at all. I Found it there myself they did have it.

Really handy place for some craft supplies - can't believe I've never been before!
Staff were friendly and store was tidy

The young girl on the counter was not really interested in serving me.

Good range of supplies at a reasonable price, but it can be hard to navigate and prices arent always shown. It can be hard to find staff to help and there isn't always someone at the counter, but that likely isnt the fault of the staff themselves.

Didn't have what I was looking for, didn't see any staff. Store layout was OK, but a bit all over the place

My Mrs loves this place. I like the finished product. I like motorbike parts and Lego so if she goes here I get motorbike stuff.

Not impress with the staff member at tuggerah. Standing offside waiting while staff was with another customer, as she left she just looked at me and walked off.wandered around looking for what i wanted.no help anywhere.i coulda stole the whole store.no help whatsoever. If I could it would be zero stars.

Love this shop but so big couldn't find any staff for help. Service at checkout was excellent though.
